Recipe for Desi Stir Fry

Stir Fry is a well-known dish in Islamic countries and many restaurants have this dish as their specialty. People all over the world know about stir fry, but Desi Stir Fry has a unique taste because it is embedded with spices. Do not have to come to Asia to try this dish as you can make it at the convenience of your own home.

Ingredients:

  • Oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Cloves of Garlic (2 chopped)
  • Onions (2 chopped)
  • Red Capsicum (1 chopped)
  • Green Capsicum (1 chopped)
  • Courgettes (100 grams chopped)
  • Peas (1 cup)
  • Ketchup (3 tablespoons)
  • Light Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Chili Sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Chicken Stock (2 tablespoons)
  • Mushrooms (2 cups chopped)
  • Dark Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)

Directions:

  1. Get a pan and heat the oil in it.
  2. Add in all the vegetables that you have prepared into the pan.
  3. After that add in the tomato sauce, soy sauces, chili sauce, and chicken stock.
  4. You must keep tossing the mixture until it is completely fried.
  5. Take it out on a place once it turns light brown and crispy.
  6. Serve!

Tips: Stir fry tastes best with yogurt on the side. You can prepare the yogurt by putting some salt, chopped onions, a little chili pepper, and tomatoes to get the complete taste. There are people who like to eat stir fry in a bun or even eat it with pita bread. It is tasty either way you eat, and it is a healthy dish to eat if you are on a diet!
