Healthy and Tasteful Combination of Chicken with Peanuts

Chinese food is not only very tasteful but it is very easy to cook. The Chinese food can be cooked in a very little time. Especially when you have the responsibility of one year old child. Taking care of one year child is not that easy as there is not much time left to cook. In such a situation, you need a recipe that is not only fast to cook, but also can give some taste to your life.

I have been cooking Chinese dishes for quite a while but this is one of my favorite dishes in which juicy chicken pieces are roasted with peanuts and fresh vegetables. Vegetables are always good for the health as the recipe should have the balanced diet. Here are some ingredients that you need to prepare the dish:

Ingredients:

- Chicken breast (it should be diced).

- Diced small bell pepper.

- Half of a yellow bell pepper ( It is not necessary as it is only used for coloring purposes. Add it, if you like to have a colorful dish).

- A medium sized zucchini.

- Carrot (it is the vital part of the dish).

- Green chilies (if desired but they must be sliced diagonally).

- Red chili flakes (for a spicy taste).

- 100 grams of peanuts

- Half chicken Stock Cubes

- Corn floor (it would be added as per requirement , 2 tablespoons would be enough).

- Garlic paste along with one tablespoon of ginger would be enough .

For dressing you need to have:

- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

- Crushed peppercorns (must be fresh).

-  Green chilies chopped.

- Salt as per requirement.

How to prepare:

In order to prepare the dish one must marinate the ingredients. All of the above ingredients must be used in accordance with the requirement of the dish. For marination, you need to have the small pieces of chicken completely mixed with all the spices. The taste of food is always developed after the proper marination of all the items. There is some standard time required for marination and as soon you feel that all of the items have formed a homogeneous mixture then you can start with the process of cooking. Thirty minutes minimum is recommended for marination.

To use in wok, heat the garlic paste in the presence of almost three tablespoons of oil. Wait for the garlic paste to turn brown and then add the chicken and wait for the chicken to get friendlier. Add some carrots, zucchini and pepper after an interval of every one minute.

Almost half chicken cube must be added along with one and half cup of water. Sliced chilies can be added after that. As soon as it starts to boil, keep on string. Soya sauce can be added for taste. Some people refer to use lemon as an extra advantage of taste.

Finally, you can add peanuts to the dish, but before you add peanuts make sure that they turn golden brown.
