The Maguindanao Massacre, Philippines

Maguindanao, Philippines – The Maguindanao massacre, killing 58 people, occurred on the morning of November 23, 2009 in the town of Ampatuan in Maguindanao province, Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines. While the victims are on their way to file candidacy for Buluan Vice Mayor Esmael Mangudadatu, they were kidnapped and violently killed.

The massacre was also called Ampatuan Massacre because the crime killing happened in this specific town and at the same time, was said to be convicted by Mangudadatu’s political rival, the Datu Unsay mayor Andal Ampatuan Jr., son of Governor Andal Ampatuan Sr.

Among the 58 victims include the wife of Mangudadatu, his two sisters, local and foreign journalists, lawyers, aides, and motorists who were mistakenly identified as part of Mangudadatu’s convoy.

The incident happened about two years ago but until today, this case was not yet over. 95 are arrested as suspects, including the prime suspects Andal Ampatuan Jr. and his father Andal Amaptuan Sr.

Meanwhile, Governor Mangudadatu asked the people to be cautious against the influences of the Ampatuans.“Let us be vigilant so that we may restore not only peace and order in the province of Maguindanao but also the wealth ill gotten by them from the people. We should remain hopeful despite the slow progress of the case. Let us pray that justice shall be served in an inexpensive and expeditious manner. Let us pray that such event, one of the darkest moments in 21st century will never be repeated.” He said.

In my country, lots of conflicts happen between Christians, including Catholic, and the Muslims. Not just between two different groups, but sometimes conflict between two Muslim groups happen in my country. I am writing, and will probably write more articles, news and happenings in my country because of these reasons: 1) I want to promote peace and unity among my fellow Filipino people. 2) I want to give awareness to all concerned people whom I hope would be able to read my works. 3) I want to know the thoughts and opinions of my Muslim brothers and sisters. 4) I want to express my thoughts and clarify the misconceptions about Catholics and any concerned topic. I am not against on any Islamic teachings and values as well as Muslim people. In fact, I like them, you, and I highly appreciate the great teachings and praying habits of Islam religion.)

أتعرف ما هي الأسباب التي تؤدي إلي بعد العبد عن ربه ؟ أتعرف ما الحل لتلك الأسباب ؟

يوجد العديد من الأسباب التي تؤدي إلي ابتعاد العبد عن ربه وتؤدي أيضا إلي تركه الطريق الصحيح، وهذا ما نتناوله في هذا المقال، وسنذكر أيضا بعض الحلول التي قد تساعد علي الإبتعاد عن هذه الأسباب ، وتساعدنا علي التقرب من الله عز وجل والسعي إلي مرضاته دائما وأبدا. ونذكر بعض الأسباب التي تؤدي إلي البعد عن الله ومنها:

 الإسراف في المباحات:
إن الله عز وجل قد أحل لنا الطيبات من المأكل والمشرب، إلا أن الإسراف في تناولها يكون بمثابة عقبة في طريق الله، ويصيب صاحبه بالفتور والكسل عن العبادة، ولذلك نهانا الله عز وجل عن الإسراف فيهما، فقال جل وعلا في الكتاب العزيز: ” وكلوا واشربوا ولا تسرفوا إنه لا يحب المسرفين ” ( الأعراف: ٣١) صدق الله العظيم. وقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : ” ما ملأ بن آدم وعاء شر من بطنه”، صدق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. وكان رأي السابقين أن كثرة الأكل تؤدي إلى قلة ذكر الله، وأن قلةالأكل تؤدي إلي قلة النوم مما ينتج عنه ذكر الله كثيرا. وقد قال أبو سليمان الدراني وهو من السلف أن من شبع دخل عليه ست آفات؛ فقد حلاوة المناجاة، وتعذر حفظ الحكمة، وحرمان الشفقة على الخلق، وثقل العبادة، وزيادة الشهوة، وأن سائر المؤمنين يدورون حول المساج دفع، والشباع يدورون حول المزابل. فعلى المرء أن يقتصد في المأكل والمشرب حتى لا يكون ذلك مؤدي إلى التكاسل عن العبادة.

عدم الإستعداد لمواجهة معوقات الطريق:
فنجد أن البعض بمجرد دخولهم في طريق الهداية لا يعلمون أن هناك معوقات لابد لهممن مواجهتها، وهذه المعوقات قد تتمثل في زودة أو ولد أو إقبال شهوة وإلي غير ذلك، فقد قال الله تعالى: ” ما كان الله ليذر المؤمنين على ما أنتم عليه حتى يميز الخبيث من الطيب” ( آل عمران: ١٧٩) صدق الله العظيم. أي يجب علينا مجاهدة النفس بشدة حتي لا نقع في المعاصي ونتبع الهوى.

الصحبة السيئة:
فإن أهل السوء وأصحاب الهمم الفاترة دائما يؤثرون على من حولهم بالسلب ولا يأتي من ورائهم كل شر، وهذا هو السر في تأكيد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على خطورة الصحبة وأهمية اختيارها حين قال: ” المرء على دين خليله، فلينظر أحدكم من يخالل” صدق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. فيجب علينا أن نتخير صحبتنا جيدا حتي نرتقي بهم إلي أعلي مراتب الإيمان، ونحرص دائما علي أن يأخذوا بأيدينا إلي الامام وعمل ما يرضي الله عز وجل.

اعتزال كل الناس:

قد يتوهم البعض خاصة من كان له أصدقاء سوء أن اعتزال الناس عموما هو الذي يضمن لهم السير في الطريق الصحيح واتباع طريق الهدلية، ولا يعلم أن مفارقة الجماعة لا تأتي بالخير، وأن الإنسان سرعان ما ينقلب حاله إذا سلك الطريق منفردا. لذلك حذرنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من خطورة الإنعزال ومفارقة الجماعة، فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: ” عليكم بالجماعة، وإياكم والفرقة، فإن الشيطان مع الواحد، وهو من الإثنين أبعد، من أراد بحبوحة الجنة فليلزم الجماعة” صدق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. فنسأل الله العظيم رب العرش الكريم أن يرزقنا وإياكم الثبات على الحق، ربنا لاتزغ قلوبنا بعد إذ هديتنا وهب لنا من لدنك رحمة إنك أنت الوهاب.

تحرير “تجربة ثورية ” – الجزء الثاني الفصل1 Tahrir – Revolutionary experience

“مرة أخري ليلة مملة , 5 دقائق وينقضي عامًا قد كان صعبًا , ومر عصيبًا وثقيلًا علي نفسي ونفوس كثير من زملائي ” ثائر محدثًا نفسه
بعد أن فاض به الكيل من وجوده في بلاد لا ينعم فيها مخلص ولا شريف
قال لنفسه تلك الكلمات
ثم توجه نحو جهاز الحاسوب الخاص به يتصفح الانترنت كعادته قبل أن يتجهز للذهاب الي النوم , فقد حصل علي وظيفة , هي ليست ما يحلم به
ولكنه قبل بها فحاجته للمال ومثله الكثيرين , جعلتهم يقبلون بما لا يرضي طموحاتهم ولا يفجر طاقاتهم , والان يجب عليه أن ينام جيدًا حتي يستطيع التركيز في عمله الذي يبدأ صباحًا.
ولكنه يوم غير عادي ,وكعادته في مثل هذا اليوم من نهاية كل عام , اذ يخرج الناس الي الشوارع محتفلين بقدوم عام جديد , بقي بالمنزل , فككل عام يلزم البيت يقرأ الشعر , أو بعض الكتب المفيدة وان اختلف الوضع قليلا هذا العام , فمن فرط ضيقه اختار أن يبقي يسامر أصداقه عبر الفيس بوك , يقرأ الأخبار,ويشاهد التلفاز مع العائلة,جيئة وذهابا بين غرفته وغرفة والديه, يذهب يشاهد معهم قليلاً, ثم يعود فيقرأ شيئًا علي الفيس بوك , تعليق من صديق أو محادثة مع أخر, وبينما هي الساعة الثانية عشر وخمس دقائق, خمس دقائق فقط من العام الجديد, وبينما هو يجري عائدا لغرفته كي يقرأ أول كلمات في العام الجديد,فاذا به في صمت مطبق , واذا الذهول علي وجهه, والخوف من المجهول ….
“مرة أخري ؟!!” ثائر محدثا نفسه
“مرة أخري هذا الهراء ؟؟ , لماذا ؟
من يفعل ذلك دائمًا, لماذا يجب علينا أن نحيي في خوف , وأن ننتظر الموت في كل لحظة “

يهرول الي غرفته والديه
“الحقوا يا جماعة,مصيبة”, فترد أمه ” ايه ايه ؟! مصيبة ايه , انطق ” ,
” في انفجار في كنيسة في اسكندرية
وناس كتير ماتت” ثائر مستنفر كل قواه الداخلية ” والله حرام الناس اللي ماتت دي , وبعدين احنا ناقصين, مش كفاية الطوارئ , هيعملوا ايه في الناس تاني “
وكأنه يتوقع ما حدث كان شعوره كله يميل الي أن ما حدث من جريمة غشماء انما هو بتدبير من أياد خفية تملك مصلحة أساسية في بث الفرقة بين فريقي الشعب الواحد , مال كالعادة في تحليله الي الجزم بان ذلك من صناعة مخابرات العدو,وكمثل ميله مال الكثيرون من أبناء دينه
بينما بدأ المستفيد أن يجني ثمار ارهابه وقتله وبغتانه
فغالب من يتبع المسيحية قد أيقن أن ذلك من عمل مسلمين كارهين لوجودهم في وطنهم, وبدأت بالفعل الأمور في الاشتعال أكثر وأكثر , وأخذت النقاشات تحتد علي الفيس بوك بين الفريقين
“لا أذكر الكثير من هذه الليلة , غير أني أذكر أنها كانت ليلة لم يطلع فيها القمر ” ثائر محدثا عن تلك الليلة
لم يذكر تفاصيل فقد تاهت في رأسه مع ما تاه نتيجة لما يعيشه ويعيشه الكثير من صحبه من الشباب من تشتيت ذهني
مقصود
انقضت الليلة , وبدأت الحكاية
مصر تحترق !!!!

Does ‘’Citizen Khan’’ at BBC Make Fun of Muslims?

The British Broadcasting Corporation ‘’BBC’’ received many complaints against it because of displaying a series that makes fun of a Pakistani Muslim family and among those complaints was a complaint about criticizing the Muslim community in Britain.

‘’Agence France Presse’’ news agency said that the series “Citizen Khan” shows a Muslim family from a Pakistani origin in the context of comedy, created and directed by a Pakistani origin British Muslim called “Adil Ray” and who also performs the role of the father of the Muslim family in the series.

‘’Citizen Khan’’ series which consists of seven episodes of the family consisting of a Muslim father, a Muslim mother, two Muslim daughters and a son, of a funny Pakistani origin, raised around two hundred complaints from different Muslim families.

According to the Guardian British news, Viewers complained that the show was offensive and there have been comparisons with the controversial 1970s comedy Mind Your Language.

The criticism of the series focused on a number of scenes in the first episode, including the eldest daughter who is seeking to hide from her father; because it was wearing a lot of makeup, and this is by wearing the Muslim women veil and holding the Koran to claim that they are reading it, in order for her father not to speak to her and not to discover that she was wearing a lot of powder and make up.

The BBC said in its statement about the series “Citizen Khan” that the series made a good impression at the start of broadcasting with more than 6.3 million viewers.

The BBC said that the new comedy shows always have different reactions from watchers and that the persons presented in the series are comedian characters and do not intended to represent any of the minorities.

‘’Citizen Khan has made a very positive start, launching successfully with 3.6 million viewers and a 21.5% share in a late night slot.’’, a BBC spokesman.

On the other side, some watchers defended the show having the opinion that people are reading too much into ‘’Citizen Khan’’ especially when speaking about the Muslim women veil scene.

Finally, the director of ‘’Citizen Khan’’ series said that he thought it was a good chance as Mr. Khan was a Pakistani Muslim, and the series sought for a smile from the watcher because of what the family was doing and that he believed in this form of art.

المجتمع الأسلامى فى بورما يتعرض لمذابح كبيرة

بورما تبلغ مساحتها 250 ألف كيلو متر مربع أو أكثر و يبلغ تعداد سكانها 60 مليون تقريبا و تقع فى جنوب شرق القارة الاسيوية. بورما هى دولة ذات اغلبية بوذية حيث ان حوالى 90% من السكان يعتنقون الديانة البوذية و الباقى هم الاقلية المسلمة. يتم معاملة المسلمين فى بورما على انهم اقلية لا يتم أحترام حقوقهم و قد تم تهميشهم و طردهم من الجيش فى عهد الجنرال نى وين عام 1962.

اذا قمنا بالتركيز على المذابح التى حدثت مؤخرا للمسلمين فى بورما، فقد وقعت فى الثانى عشر من شهر يوليو من هذا العام فى ميانمار و تم قتل ألف مسلم برئ بقسوة بالاضافة الى تعذيبهم بطرق لا يمكن وصفها بكلمات مثل الأغتصاب.  الروهينجا هى الأقلية العرقية للمسلمين فى بورما و قد تم تهديدهم و أستهدافهم لفترات طويلة. تكمن المشكلة الأساسية فى فى ان ما يحدث هو رد على الأعمال المعادية للبوذية و التى صدرت من حركة طالبان فى باميان. المذابح بدأت فى  2001 عندما تم حرق العديد من المنازل و لنكون أكثر دقة، فقد تم حرق 400 منزل و كان هناك 200 قتيل من المسلمين و تم تدمير 11 مسجد. هذه كانت البداية و يبدو انه لا نهاية لذلك.

الحكومة لا تبدوا منزعجة على الاطلاق و هى مضغوطة من حزب المعارضة، حيث انهم تولوا السلطة و ما يزيد عن نصف السكان يدعمون تحركاتهم. هذه المجازر ضد المسلمين فى بورما ليست فقط ما يحدث و لكن اقلية الروهينجا يتم تتبعهم بمنظور دينى من السكان المحليين و يعتبر المسلمين هناك لا يحملون الجنسية و يعاملوا كمواطنون أجانب، و هم عرضة لجميع أنواع التعذيب و التفرقة العنصرية خاصة فى التعليم و يعملون بالأكراه، حتى الاطفال الصغار منهم تجدهم يعملون. ان ما يتعرض له المسلمون فى بورما هو أبشع انواع الاضطهاد و العنصرية، و يبدوا أن السلطات هناك لم تسمع بحقوق الانسان من قبل.

رغم كل ما يحدث لهؤلاء المسلمين، وقف العالم كله و كأنه أعمى ة لم تحاول دولة واحدة ان تدخل فى مناقشات مع سلطات بورما و ذلك حتى وصل مندوب رسمى تركى الى أراضى ميانمار و تم أنشاء مخيم يضم نحو 801 خيمة للاجئين هناك و بالفعل تم ايواء نحو 8352 شخص هناك و يتم امدادهم بضروريات الحياة و ايضا تم تخصيص مبالغ كبيرة من المال لمسلمي ميانمار لأمدادهم بضروريات الحياة.معظم المسلمين فى بورما بدأوا فى النزوح الى بنجلاديش و التى تعتبر واحدة من أفقر دول العالم لذلك لا تستطيع دعم اللاجئين، و جدير بالذكر ان هناك 90 ألف مسلم أو أكثر تركوا بلا منزل فى هذه الأحداث.

ان ما نشهده الان من عنف يحدث ضد المسلمين فى بورما و فى مناطق مختلفة حول العالم، لا يمكن السكوت عليه حتى اذا لزم الأمر قيام حرب لأنقاذ هؤلاء من التعذيب و الظلم و الأستبداد. لا يقبل مسلم ابدا أن يتم ايذاء غير مسلم فى أى ارض مسلمة، و لكن يبدوا ان المسلمين فى بورما لا يلقون نفس المعاملة.

Man who left pig's head with 'Allah' written on it at Cheltenham mosque is jailed

A former soldier who tied a pig's head to the gates of a Cheltenham mosque has been jailed for four months.

Simon Parkes, 45, from Bishop's Cleeve, Gloucestershire, also sprayed racist graffiti during the attack in November 2010, Gloucester Crown Court heard.

Parkes, who had admitted racially aggravated criminal damage, said he was angry that Muslim extremists had burnt poppies at a Remembrance Day service.

His actions were "blatantly designed to be insulting," Judge Jamie Tabor said. The judge told the former soldier: "You deliberately set out to not just insult another religion, but inflame and increase racial tension at a sensitive time."

Parkes, who was wearing a mask when he went to the mosque, had written the word Allah on the pig's head, the court heard. The court was told he had carried out the revenge attack on 13 November after Muslim extremists had set fire to poppies at a Remembrance Day service in London.

A spokesman from Cheltenham Mosque said: "This was a very shocking incident for the whole community, Muslim and non-Muslim alike."

Tim Waterhouse from Gloucestershire Police said: "I hope this sentence sends out a clear message that this sort of appalling criminal behaviour will not be tolerated.

"Although this disturbing incident happened nearly two years ago, a painstaking and difficult inquiry has led to today's sentencing.

"The message is clear that we will not stop in our determination to target criminals and keep people and our communities safe from harm."

Yorkshire: £1.5m mosque to create jobs and act as community beacon – EDL not happy

A purpose-built mosque will promote religious integration and help to create jobs in Yorkshire by becoming a major community facility, according to a leading supporter of the project.

Shazad Hussain, who is overseeing the scheme to create a new mosque in York, said he hoped local material and labourers would be involved in the building work, at a time when many construction firms were struggling due to the slump caused by the global financial crisis.

The proposal for a £1.5m mosque has been backed by City of York Council, and the local Muslim community is raising funds to pay for the building costs. The mosque is due to be built in Bull Lane, York, after previous concerns over flooding at the site were addressed.

The project will see the existing mosque, which has been on the site for 27 years, replaced with a new building. The current facilities are struggling to cope with the growing numbers of people who are using them.

According to Mr Hussain, who is in charge of the York Mosque scheme, the current mosque, a flat-roofed, brick-built former local authority depot, is too cramped and has high maintenance costs. It's hoped that building work could begin on the site within two years.

The property will be the first purpose-built mosque in York. Those attending the York Mosque include up to 300 Muslim families living locally, and overseas students at York University.

The current York Mosque, which is affiliated to the UK Islamic Mission (UK IM) can accommodate 300 worshippers, while the new building will hold 480 people. An extra 56 people could be accommodated in an exhibition room in the new mosque which will feature Islamic literature, artefacts and a history of the site.

Mr Hussain said the current mosque was no longer fit for purpose, because of its age, size and condition.

"Our wish is that the new mosque will become a religious resource for schools and interfaith groups to learn about Islam," he said.

"We want the replacement mosque to promote integration and harmony and to have real benefits for the wider community in a city which is an important religious centre. Some rooms may be available to hire to local community groups.

"Our wish is to create an important new place of worship and a valuable facility which York people will be proud of. We want the wider community to use the mosque, in order to create a better understanding between the community and the mosque."

Mr Hussain hoped a wide variety of groups would choose to use the mosque regularly, although no alcohol would be allowed inside. He said it might be necessary to build the mosque in phases, but he hoped the scheme would be completed within two years.

As we have previously noted, the proposal for a new mosque resulted in an EDL-supported petition and a Facebook page, "Say 'NO' to the York mosque" which has attracted 1,427 likes. Indicative of the sort of opposition the plan provoked was the fact that the building design had to be revised after police objected that it lacked sufficient security measures to defend the mosque against attacks by the likes of the EDL.

So, in short, we have another welcome victory over the bigots. And they're not happy. Only a few days ago the "Say 'NO' to the York mosque" Facebook page was updated with the addition of this (rather outdated) picture:

French writer Richard Millet says Anders Breivik gave Norway 'what it deserved'

A French essayist, who claims to have read mass-murderer Anders Breivik's 1,500 page manifesto, has said he believes Norway "got what it deserved."

Richard Millet, a respected figure in French literature and journalism, made his claims in new 17-page attack on multiculturalism, entitled "The Literary Elegy of Anders Breivik", described by French newspaper L'Express as a "vindictive text."

Breivik was last week sentenced to 21 years in prison for killing 77 people in a bomb attack in central Oslo and a bloody rampage at a summer camp on the island of Utoya.

Millet said he did not approve of Breivik's crimes but praised the fluency of his writing on social democracy and immigration.

He wrote: "Breivik is without doubt what Norway deserves, and what awaits our societies that won't stop blinding themselves in denial. European nations are dissolving socially at the same time as they're losing their Christian essence in favor of general relativism."

Millet has defended his piece, telling French radio: "Multiculturalism, as it has been imported from the United States, is the worst thing possible for Europe. It creates a mosaic of ghettoes in which the nation no longer exists. Breivik, I believe, perceived that and responded to that question with the most monstrous reply."

The piece, Éloge Littéraire d'Anders Breivik, claims similar massacres are likely to occur elsewhere in Europe.

National Front plan Skegness demonstration against halal abattoir

A nationalist political organisation opposing multiculturalism and immigration has planned a demonstration against proposals for a halal abattoir in Skegness.

The National Front has invited its members to walk through the town distributing flyers and displaying banners opposing the Muslim practice of slaughter on Saturday, September 15.

Deputy chairman Kevin Bryan said: "We are against halal and kosher slaughterhouses full stop – it's alien to this country and we don't want to see it here. Islam is an alien religion to our shores and we don't think we should have them in this country."

The group insists it is not racist, claiming to oppose immigrants of all races, "to return this county to its genetic make-up of the 1940s."

الشعب المصرى يواصل المطالبة بحل جماعة الأخوان المسلمين فى مليونية 31 أغسطس

يبدو أن كره الشارع المصرى لجماعة الأخوان المسلمين لايزال يزيد، خاصة بعد سخرية الجماعة ممن نزلوا مظاهرات 24 أغسطس التى شارك فيها مئات الالاف من المصريين الذين أرادوا التعبير عن رفضهم لهيمنة الأخوان المسلمين على مقاليد الحكم فى الدولة. ربما تكون نفس المجموعة التى دعت و قامت بالتنسيق لمظاهرات 24 أغسطس “الناجحة” هى نفس المجموعة التى تنسق ليوم 31 أغسطس و من المتوقع أن تكون الأعداد المشاركة فى هذه المظاهرات ستكون أكثر من التى قبلها.

لم يتم الأعلان عن المطالب التى سترفعها مليونية 31 أغسطس حتى الان ولكن ربما تكون هى نفس المطالب التى تم رفعها فى 24 أغسطس و نذكر منها:

1-      عمل أستفتاء شعبى على نقل الرئيس المصرى سلطة التشريع اليه حيث أنه قرر ذلك دون الرجوع الى الشعب.

2-      تقنين وضع جماعة الأخوان المسلميين و وضعها تحت رقابة وزارة التضامن مثل أى جمعية أخرى.

3-      التحقيق فى مصادر تمويل الجماعة و فى تخابر جماعة الأخوان مع دول أجنبية.

4-      ان يتم استبعاد اعضاء  جماعة الأخوان من المناصب الرسمية و الا تنفرد الجماعة بمقاليد الحكم فى الدولة المصرية.

يعتبر ذلك أصرار كبير من فئة كبيرة من المصريين على حل جماعة الأخوان المسلمين و تحقيق استقلال لمؤسسة الرئاسة عن مكتب الأرشاد، بالاضافة الى رفض بقاء السلطة التشريعية فى يد رئيس الجمهورية لعدة شهور قادمة. الحقيقة أن المطالب التى تم رفعها يوم 24 أغسطس و التى سيتم رفعها يوم 31 أغسطس، تم وصفها بالمطالب المشروعة من قبل الكثير من خبراء السياسة و لذلك لا يوجد من يستطيع معارضة المطالب نفسها ولكن تعمل جماعة الأخوان المسلمين على معارضة المتظاهرين أنفسهم.

بقاء السلطة التشريعية فى يد الرئيس المصرى محمد مرسى سيكون لمدة لن تقل عن ثمانية أو تسعة أشهر و ذلك حتى يتم الأنتهاء من كتابة الدستور المصرى الجديد (وذلك لن ينتهى قبل نوفمبر القادم) و ايضا عمل استفتاء الشعب المصرى عليه، ثم عمل أنتخابات مجلس الشعب و الأنتهاء من جولات الأعادة بها ثم يتم بعد ذلك نقل السلطة التشريعية الى المجلس المنتخب.

أثناء هذه المدة الكبيرة لن يكون من الحكمة بقاء السلطة التشريعية فى يد رئيس الجمهورية الذى من الممكن أن يسئ أستخدامها، خاصة و قد شكك الكثير من المحللين فى أن الفترة القادمة ستشهد حرب قوانين بين جماعة الأخوان و معارضيها حيث أن الجماعة تريد تحصين نفسها بقوانين تجعل من المستحيل محاصرتها من الناحية القانونية.

على أى حال، يستمر المصريين فى كره جماعة الأخوان المسلمين بينما لا يزال اخرون من المصريين يحبون الجماعة و يدعمون الرئيس المنتخب، ولكن يجب توضيح أن المسألة لم تعد ضد الرئيس محمد مرسى ولكنها كلها ضد جماعة الأخوان المسلمين نفسها. نتوقع أن يشهد يوم الجمعة القادمة مزيد من الأجرائات الأمنية حول قصر الأتحادية و مزيد من الحواجز و اغلاق الشوارع للحد من الأعدادا التى ستشارك، و يبقى أن نسأل هل سيغطى الاعلام مظاهرات الجمعة القادة بحيادية أم أنه سيقف ضدها كما حدث يوم 24 أغسطس؟!

الإسلام إيمان واستقامة

لقد كان الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم يهتمون بالوقوف على كمال دينهم عقيدة وعملا، حتى يكونوا على درجة عالية، حرصا على دينهم وتمسكا به، وعملا بما يوجبه عليهم. فقد سأل سفيان رضى الله عنه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يعلمه من أمر الإسلام ما يكون جامعا كافيا لا يحتاج بعده إلى سؤال: فقال سفيان لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: “يا رسول الله، قل لي في الإسلام قولا لا أسأل عنه أحد بعدك، فقال: قل آمنت بالله ثم استقم ” صدق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. وهذا التعبير النبوى البليغ من جوامع الكلم للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم فمع إيجاز عبارته نستشعر المعنى بحلاوته وهو مطابق لقول الله تعالى ” إِنَّ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ اسْتَقَامُوا تَتَنَزَّلُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْمَلائِكَةُ أَلاَّ تَخَافُوا وَلا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَبْشِرُوا بِالْجَنَّةِ الَّتِي كُنتُمْ تُوعَدُونَ ” ( سورة فصلت:30) صدق الله العظيم.

 ويخص الله في هذه الآية الكريمة الذين لم يحيدوا عن التوحيد والتزموا طاعة الله سبحانه وتعالى إلى أن توفوا على ذلك وكان الحسن إذا قرأ الآية ” إِنَّ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ اسْتَقَامُوا ” قال : وإذا كان المراد بالإستقامة هى أن يستقيم المسلم على التوحيد، فإن المراد بالتوحيد هو التوحيد الكامل الذى ينجى صاحبه من عذاب الله تعالى، ويحرمه على النار وذلك بتحقيق معنى “لا إله إلا الله “، وما يبنى عليها من عبادات ومعاملات وأخلاق . والاستقامة هى سلوك الصراط المستقيم وهو الدين القيم دون إعوجاج ولا إنحراف، ويشتمل ذلك على فعل الطاعات وترك المنهيات، وبهذا كانت الوصية جامعة لخصال الدين كلها.

 وهذه الوصية التى وصانا بها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم تصحح أمرين فيهما سعادة الإنسان فى الدنيا والآخرة وهما الركنان الهامان فى حياة كل مسلم .فالركن الأول هو الإيمان وذلك فى قوله ” قل آمنت بالله “، ففى هذا القول إقرار بوجود الله عز وجل واعتراف بالوحداينة وإعلان للإيمان والتصديق بالله الواحد الأحد الفرد الصمد، الذى لم يلد ولم يولد ولم يكن له كفوا أحد وإيمان بما أمر به ونهى عنه .

أما الركن الثاني فهو الاستقامة ومتى استقام القلب على التوحيد، فإنه لا يلتفت إلى غيره ويستقيم فى معرفة الله تعالى وخشيته وإجلاله والإعراض عما سواه، فتستقيم جميع الجوارح على الطاعة، وأهم ما ينبغى استقامته بعد القلب هو اللسان فإنه الترجمان الذى يعبر عما فى  القلب. فقد حرص النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يبين للمسلمين كل ما فيه هدايتهم، وحرص أيضا على أن يرشدهم إلي كل ما فيه سعادتهم في الدنيا والآخرة، رحمة منه صلى الله عليه وسلم بالمسلمين.

ونجد أن كل حديث من أحاديث النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم يشتمل علي عدة توجيهات، وكل توجية منهم يدعو إلي فضيلة من أهم الفضائل، التي لها أثر واضح علي الفرد والمجتمع. ونجد أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قد وضح لنا كثيرا أنه لابد أن يكون إيمان الفرد كاملا من قلبه، حتي يقوم بآداء هذة الفضائل، ويستجيب لهذه التوجيهات. فالإنسان المسلم، المؤمن بالله يجب أن يتمتع بصفات عديدة، حث عليها القرآن الكريم، والنبي الكريم . ولذلك يجب علينا اتباع القرآن والسنة النبوية الشريفة، فهما مصادر التشريع للأمة الإسلامية.

الفرق بين التوكل والتواكل…….و أهمية التوكل

لا يقم بعمله ويقول توكلت على الله وسوف يوفقني الله ,لا يذاكر ويقول توكلت على الله وسوف انجح ,لا تتقي الله وتقول توكلت على الله وسوف يقدم لى ما اتمنى هل هذا اعتقادكم عن التوكل ان تتركوا الامور وتقولوا توكلت على الله!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ا

اذا كنت تعتقد ذلك فأنت خاطيء واعلم ان هذا تواكل وليس توكل.والتواكل :هو عدم الأخذ بالأسباب كالقعود عن طلب الرزق مع ادعاء التّوكّل على اللّه

إن التوكل على الله لاينافي الأخذ بالاسباب فلا اترك واجبي الذي من المفترض ان اقوم به واقول توكلت علي الله ,لا تعتقد ان معنى التوكل ان تتهاون في الامر وتتركه ثم تقول ان الله سيقدم لي الخير, لا شك في ان الله يقدم لنا مافيه الخير دائما ولكن لكل نفس ما عملت فإذا قمت بعملك وواجبك واداء فروضك علي اكمل وجه ثم توكلت على الله تعالى وفوضت امرك اليه سوف يرزقك.

ﺍﻟﺘﻮﻛﻞ ﻣﻌﻨﺎﻩ: ﺻﺪﻕ ﺍﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﺰﻭﺟﻞ ﻓﻲﺍﺳﺘﺠﻼﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﺎﻟﺢ ﻭﺩﻓﻊﺍﻟﻤﻀﺎﺭ، ﻣﻦ ﺃﻣﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭﺍﻵﺧﺮﺓ ﻛﻠﻬﺎ، ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻞَ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺪ ﺃﻣﻮﺭﻩ ﻛﻠﻬﺎﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺟﻞ ﻭﻋﻼ، ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﺤﻘﻖ ﺇﻳﻤﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺄﻧﻪ ﻻ ﻳﻌﻄﻲ ﻭﻻ ﻳﻤﻨﻊ،ﻭﻻ ﻳﻀﺮ ﻭﻻ ﻳﻨﻔﻊ: ﺳﻮﺍﻩ ﺟﻞ ﻭﻋﻼ.ﻭﻗﺪ ﺣﺾ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﺒﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﻛﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻮﺍﺿﻊ ﻋﺪﻳﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺰﻳﺰ، قال تعالى : (ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻠﻴﺘﻮﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﻮن)ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺑﺔ ﻭﻗﻮﻟﻪ ﺗﻌﺎلى : (ﻭﻣﻦ ﻳﺘﻮﻛﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻬﻮ ﺣﺴبه)ﺍﻟﻄﻼﻕ .  

-ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﻛﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻳﺤﺮﺹ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻜﺒﺎﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻐﺎﺭ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎﺀ.

قصة عن التوكل الحقيقي:
ﻳﺤﻜﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺭﺟﻼً ﺩﺧﻞ ﻣﺴﺠﺪ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭ ﺳﻠﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻓﺮﺃﻯ ﻏﻼﻣﺎً ﻳﻄﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ، ﻓﻠﻤﺎ ﻓﺮﻍ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻟﻪ : ﺍﺑﻦ ﻣﻦﺃﻧﺖ؟ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻐﻼﻡ : ﺃﻧﺎ ﻳﺘﻴﻢ ﺍﻷﺑﻮﻳﻦ ، ﻗﺎﻝ ﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﻞ : ﺃﻣﺎ ﺗﺘﺨﺬﻧﻲ ﺃﺑﺎً ﻟﻚ ، ﻗﺎﻝﺍﻟﻐﻼﻡ : ﻭ ﻫﻞ ﺇﻥ ﺟﻌﺖ ﺗﻄﻌﻤﻨﻲ ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻟﻪ : ﻧﻌﻢ ، ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻭ ﻫﻞ ﺇﻥ ﻋﺮﻳﺖ ﺗﻜﺴﻮﻧﻲ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻟﻪ : ﻧﻌﻢ ، ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻭ ﻫﻞ ﺇﻥ ﻣﺮﺿﺖ ﺗﺸﻔﻴﻨﻲ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ: ﻫﺬﺍ ﻟﻴﺲ ﺇﻟﻲ ، ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻭ ﻫﻞ ﺇﻥ ﻣﺖ ﺗﺤﻴﻴﻨﻲ ، ﻗﺎﻝ : ﻫﺬﺍ ﻟﻴﺲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﺣﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻖ ، ﻗﺎﻝ: ﻓﺨﻠﻨﻲ ﻟﻠﺬﻱ ﺧﻠﻘﻨﻲ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻳﻬﺪﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻫﻮ ﻳﻄﻌﻤﻨﻲ ﻭ ﻳﺴﻘﻴﻦ، ﻭ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻣﺮﺿﺖ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻳﺸﻔﻴﻦ ،ﻭ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺃﻃﻤﻊ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻐﻔﺮ ﻟﻲ ﺧﻄﻴﺌﺘﻲ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ، ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﻞ : ﺁﻣﻨﺖ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ، ﻣﻦ ﺗﻮﻛﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻛﻔﺎﻩ.

ﻭ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻳﺚ “: ﻟﻮ ﺃﻧﻜﻢ ﺗﻮﻛﻠﺘﻢ ﻋﻠﻰﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺣﻖ ﺗﻮﻛﻠﻪ ﻟﺮﺯﻗﻜﻢ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﺮﺯﻕ ﺍﻟﻄﻴﺮﺗﻐﺪﻭ ﺧﻤﺎﺻﺎً ﻭ ﺗﺮﻭﺡ ﺑﻄﺎﻧﺎً ” ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺃﺣﻤﺪﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﻣﺬﻱ ﻭ ﻗﺎﻝ: ﺣﺴﻦ ﺻﺤﻴﺢ

ﻭ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺩﻋﺎﺀ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ “: ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺃﺳﻠﻤﺖ ﻭﺟﻬﻲ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ ﻭﻓﻮﺿﺖ ﺃﻣﺮﻱ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ ﻭﺃﻟﺠﺄﺕ ﻇﻬﺮﻱ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ ﺭﻏﺒﺔ ﻭﺭﻫﺒﺔ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ ﻻ ﻣﻠﺠﺄ ﻭﻻ ﻣﻨﺠﻰ ﻣﻨﻚ ﺇﻻ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ .” ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﻭ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ ﻭ
ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ : “ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﻟﻚ ﺃﺳﻠﻤﺖ ﻭ ﺑﻚﺁﻣﻨﺖ ﻭ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺗﻮﻛﻠﺖ ﻭ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ ﺃﻧﺒﺖ ﻭ ﺑﻚ ﺧﺎﺻﻤﺖ ، ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺇﻧﻲ ﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﻌﺰﺗﻚ ﻻ ﺇﻟﻪ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻧﺖ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻀﻠﻨﻲ ، ﺃﻧﺖ ﺍﻟﺤﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻻﻳﻤﻮﺕ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺠﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻹﻧﺲ ﻳﻤﻮﺗﻮﻥ “. ﺭﻭﺍﻩ

-ﺣﺼﻮﻝ ﺍﻹﻳﻤﺎﻥ: ﻟﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ:  (ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﺘﻮﻛﻠﻮﺍ ﺇﻥ ﻛﻨﺘﻢ ﻣﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ)ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺋﺪﺓ

ﻭﻗﻮﻟﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ: ( ﺇﻧﻤﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﺠﻮﻯ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻄﺎﻥ ﻟﻴﺤﺰﻥ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﺁﻣﻨﻮﺍ ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﺑﻀﺎﺭﻫﻢ ﺷﻴﺌﺎ ﺇﻻ ﺑﺈﺫﻥﺍﻟﻠﻪ , ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻠﻴﺘﻮﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﻮﻥ)ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﺩﻟﺔ

ﻳﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﻟﻠﻨﺎﺱ ﻛﻠﻬﻢ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺘﻮﻛﻠﻮﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﺰ ﻭ ﺟﻞ ﻣﻊ ﺃﺧﺬﻫﻢ ﺑﺎﻷﺳﺒﺎﺏﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ ، ﻓﺎﻟﺘﻮﻛﻞ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﺑﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻢ: ﻧﺼﻒ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻨﺼﻒ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻰ ﺍﻹﻧﺎﺑﺔ ،ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﺎﻧﺔ ﻭ ﻋﺒﺎﺩﺓ ، ﻓﺎﻟﺘﻮﻛﻞﻫﻮ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻌﺎﻧﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻹﻧﺎﺑﺔ ﻫﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩﺓ ، ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﻳﻀﺎً : ﺍﻟﺘﻮﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻗﻮﻯ ﺍﻷﺳﺒﺎﺏﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺪﻓﻊ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺪ ﻣﺎ ﻻ ﻳﻄﻴﻖ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺫﻯ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻖ ﻭ ﻇﻠﻤﻬﻢ ﻭ ﻋﺪﻭﺍﻧﻬﻢ

Masjid Al Irsyad, Mengubah Stereotype Bangunan Masjid

Mungkin saat mendengar kata masjid, yang ada diimajinasi kita adalah kubah atau paling tidak atap limasan yang runcing menjulang khas masjid-masjid di Jawa, tapi ternyata tidak selamanya seperti itu. Siapa bilang masjid harus punya kubah? Tidak seperti yang dianggap kebanyakan orang,  kubah  sebenarnya bukan ciri khas arsitektur masjid ataupun bangunan dengan arsitektur Islami lain, kubah itu milik arsitektur Timur Tengah.  Asitektur yang Islami tidak mengacu pada bentuk-bentuk yang lazim digunakan, tapi lebih kepada esensinya, konsep dari bangunan itu sendiri.

Masjid Al Irsyad membuktikan hal ini dengan desainnya yang “tidak biasa”. Masjid yang berlokasi di di Kota Baru Parahyangan, Kec. Padalarang, Kab. Bandung Barat (KBB), ini sangat berbeda dari masjid-masjid kebanyakan. Ketiadaan kubah disini memang disengaja karena kubah sendiri tidak kontekstual baik secara identitas keagamaan maupun dengan wilayah masjid ini berada. Sebagai gantinya justru muncul bentuk bangunan kotak sederhana dengan warna abu-abu. Kesan dari masjid ini pun lebih modern dan sederhana.

Bentuk kotak pada Masjid Al Irsyad ini terinspirasi dari bentuk Ka’bah, begitu juga dengan lansekapnya yang melingkar-lingkar mengelilingi masjid terinspirasi dari konsep towaf. Selain bermakna filosofis, bentuk kotak ini juga secara fungsional lebih efisien untuk mengakomodasi kegiatan sholat berjamaah yang mana dilakukan dengan berbaris-baris menghadap Kiblat. Kolom struktural pun disusun sedemikian rupa sehingga tidak terlihat dari fasad bangunan. Inilah yang kemudian memungkinkan permainan pada seluruh dinding fasad, yaitu susunan bata berlubang yang membentuk kaligrafi tiga dimensi raksasa bertuliskan dua kalimat syahadat. Lubang-lubang pada dinding ini sekaligus berfungsi sebagai ventilasi udara dan pencahayaan alami. Minaret sebagai elemen penting pada masjid, disini berbentuk kotak menjulang senada dengan bangunan masjid utama. Seperti minaret pada umumnya, fungsi utama sebagai tempat adzan, dan juga sebagai penanda akan keberadaan masjid tersebut.

Masuk ke dalam interior masjid, keunikan lainnya terletak pada mihrabnya. Pada Masjid Al Irsyad ini, mihrab justru dibiarkan terbuka, tidak seperti pada masjid pada umumnya yang tertutup. Unsur keterbukaan membuat suasana lebih menyatu dengan alam dengan pemandangan pegunungan hijau yang terlihat jelas. Selain itu,unsur air juga dihadirkan ke dalam ruangan, di sini mimbar khatib terlihat seakan-akan terletak di atas kolam jernih. Tepat di atas kolam air berdiri bola besar yang bertuliskan kaligrafi Allah SWT. Unsur air di sini juga membantu menurunkan suhu udara pada musim panas.

Masjid yang selesai dibangun pada tahun 2010 ini telah menyita perhatian dunia arsitektur internasional. Masjid Al Irsyad masuk dalam 5 besar “Building of The Year 2010″ dalam katagori religious architecture. National Frame Building Association memilih Masjid Al Irsyad sebagai satu-satunya tempat ibadah dari Asia yang masuk dalam nominasi. Selain itu, masjid ini juga merupakan satu-satunya tempat ibadah yang masuk di luar gereja. Kosep yang diusung oleh tim arsitek Urbane, dengan prinsipal arsiteknya Ridwan Kamil, menjadi alasan mengapa masjid Al Irsyad mampu masuk nominasi dan menyisihkan ratusan tempat ibadah lainnya dari seluruh dunia. Masjid Al-Irsyad terpilih melalui polling di internet di situs ArchDaily.com untuk kategori rumah ibadah. ArchDaily.com merupakan situs arsitektur yang paling banyak dikunjungi di dunia.

Penggunaan konsep Ka’bah yang menghasilkan bentuk kotak ini memang jauh lebih sederhana jika dibandingkan dengan masjid-masjid lain kebanyakan, yang biasanya penuh dengan ornamen dan warna-warna mencolok. Tetapi arsitektur Islami itu tidak terbatas pada wujud fisik saja. Kesederhanaan di sini justru sesuai dengan ajaran Islam itu sendiri. Kesederhanaan mampu memberikan makna yang jauh lebih dalam. Less is more.

Planning authority rejects Islamophobic campaign, gives go ahead to Canberra mosque

Canberra's Muslim community has described planning approval for the territory's second mosque as a ''victory of goodwill''.

The ACT Planning and Land Authority yesterday approved Canberra Muslim Community Inc's application to build a 500-capacity mosque on The Valley Avenue in Gungahlin.

In their assessment, ACT planners found surrounding roads could cope with traffic generated by the mosque and that the proposed 43 on-site parking spaces were sufficient. Planners also said several objections to the mosque on religious and cultural grounds were found to be "irrelevant" and "unsubstantiated".

Canberra Muslim Community Inc president Borhan Ahmed said the green light for the project was a "victory" following an organised campaign by the Concerned Citizens of Canberra to prevent the development.

"It's a victory over those negative campaigns," he said. "I am so happy we have made it after many years of waiting. We thank all the Canberra community for their support."

Mr Ahmed said work at the site would begin as soon as possible, but was subject to a number of conditions set by the ACT government.

But he was wary the legal action in the ACT Supreme Court by the Concerned Citizens of Canberra also had the potential to stall the development.

Preston: work starts on new mosque

Work is to start on controversial plans to build a multi-million pound mosque in a Preston conservation area.

Trustees at the Masjid-e-Salaam, on Watling Street Road, Fulwood, have also applied for permission to build a temporary mosque for worshippers just yards away. They want to build on land at Sharoe Green Lane, earmarked for a second large mosque, while building work gets underway in the Fulwood conservation area.

The mosque secured planning permission after a four-year battle which saw it accepted and then thrown out, before winning an appeal against the city council's rejection.

Faisal Mansoor, a trustee of the Preston Muslim Society, confirmed a blessing would take place by the mosque's imam on the former hotel building on Watling Street Road followed by demolition of the building the following week.

He said: "The work is likely to take the best part of two years to complete. We expect the framework to go up and for the building to be watertight within the first 12 months, and then work can take place on the interior of the building."

He said the society would ensure work takes place within the constraints set out by the planning permission granted last summer.

As the chronology on the Masjid-e-Salaam website shows, the original planning application for a new mosque was submitted back in November 2006.

This provoked a racist campaign from the British National Party (see here, here and here) led by one Tony Bamber. The application was provisionally approved by the council planning committee in March 2007, with a Tory councillor accusing a Labour colleague of capitulating to the "power of the Muslim vote, and this decision was followed by several attacks in which the windows of the existing mosque were smashed. 

After failure to conclude a Section 6 agreement over that plan, a new proposal was then agreed by the council's planning committee in 2008 amid Labour allegations of racism against Tory members of the committee who had tried to block the application.

When the final plan for the new mosque was submitted it was rejected at a planning committee meeting in January 2011, ostensibly on the grounds of traffic and parking problems, though the only significant difference with the plan for which permission had been granted in 2008 was that the latter provided for 130 prayer mat spaces while the new proposal incorporated an extra 15.

The committee's decision was overturned by the Planning Inspectorate in July 2011 and the new mosque finally got the go-ahead.

So the Trustees of the Masjid-e-Salaam deserve congratulations for their perseverance in the face of so much obstruction.

Nashville Muslim sues over violation of religious rights

A Muslim man is suing a security company, claiming his religious rights were violated when its guards demanded he remove his cap before entering Nashville's Juvenile Justice Center.

Rashid al-Qadir claims security guards violated his First Amendment right to the free exercise of his religion by telling him he could not wear the small, brimless cap called a kufi. Al-Qadir says he offered to remove the kufi for inspection but then wanted to put it back on. The guards refused and demanded he leave the building.

In a motion filed Tuesday, attorneys for G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. do not dispute al-Qadir’s account of the April 11, 2011, events. Instead, they argue the suit should be dismissed because al-Qadir cannot prove his claim that the guards were acting on behalf of the government.

Al-Qadir initially asked the federal court for an emergency order that would allow him to enter the Juvenile Justice Center, where he was fighting a child custody dispute. Two weeks later, the juvenile courthouse adopted a policy allowing religious headwear to be worn in the building once it had been inspected.

"I'm an American. I was born in America, and I’m going to be treated like an American," al-Qadir said in an interview. "I have a right to practice my religion freely as long as I'm not hurting anyone, and a kufi is not going to hurt anybody."

Atheists ignore Islamophobia at their peril

Chris Stedman, author of the forthcoming book Faitheist: How an Atheist Found Common Ground with the Religious, notes that "there are worrying indicators that public figures in the atheist movement are perpetuating and enabling a hostile stance toward Muslims – in many cases, above and beyond the criticisms they direct at other religious communities".

He also criticises the failure of many of his fellow atheists to speak out when ethno-religious minorities are targeted, adding: "silence about the recent spike in bias and violence directed at Muslims, Sikhs, Arabs, and others isn't a problem exclusive to the atheist community, but by neglecting to tackle it, the atheist movement is opting out of an important conversation about the mistreatment of certain minority groups in the United States".

Stedman writes: "As a minority community in America's religious milieu, it makes strategic sense for atheists to ally with Muslims, Sikhs, and others. But as a Humanist atheist, I feel a sense of moral obligation to stand up against identity-based hatred, no matter whom it's directed at. Not only is it absurd to hope that people should care about the lack of acceptance for atheists in the United States without also hoping that society will similarly embrace other communities, it's also selfish. Atheists who remain silent about Islamophobia aren't just missing out on a strategic opportunity to highlight the parallels between their own experiences and those of other disenfranchised religious minorities – they're opting out of an opportunity to do what is right, to take the moral high road, and to demonstrate what we keep telling the rest of the world: that atheists can be 'good without God'."

Human Rights In Islam

No other religion guarantees and safeguards the human rights more than the religion of peace, Islam. Islam has this distinguished status that as soon as it arrived many centuries ago, it has brought the revolutionary change in people’s lives. Before the advent of Islam, daughters were slaughtered, inequality of law was prevailing, human lives were not secured, women were deprived of their basic rights, and it was the time of anarchy, and disorder. Islam made sure that people’s rights were protected, without making any discrimination among various religions, genders, tribes, sects, races, colors, castes, etc. An Islamic state was formed by the Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings Be upon Him) and the world witnessed that no other state or society has ever been established in the history other than that Islamic state which was a model of a society where people’s welfare, social security and the dominance of human rights were prevailing at their best.

Islam makes sure that human rights are well preserved and people have the freedom to lead their lives without any danger, or unnecessary compulsions. Here we are going to highlight a few of basic human rights among many which are dignified and perceivable in the view of Islam.

Human rights of life and property:

The Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings Be upon Him) said while addressing the people on the farewell pilgrimage, that ‘your lives and your properties are prohibited to each other until the doomsday when you will meet your Lord’.  Here it is clear that Islam preserves the lives and properties of the people. In Islam, no one is allowed to even kill a non-Muslim, if someone does so, according the prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him) fragrance of the paradise will not come to him.

Right of honor:

Islam makes sure that the dignity and honor of every human being is well secured and respected. The almighty Allah forbids the Muslims to defame each other. Likewise, according to Islam, making fun of each other, using nicknames, and backbiting etc. are forbidden.

Right of freedom:

Islam makes sure that each human being has access to justice. Islam gives the right to human beings that they have to the freedom to prove themselves right and innocence, in case they have been alleged to commit any crime.

Freedom of association:

According to Islam, each human being has the right to form his personal organization or association. However, Islam imposes certain rules which a person has to follow while forming his association.

Freedom of conviction and consciousness:

Islam is a religion of tolerance and peace. It has clearly been stated in the holy Quran that ‘in the issue of conviction, there is no compulsion’. Islam allows every person to worship according to his beliefs, no matter which religion he belongs to. Moreover, Islam asks the Muslims to respect the non-Muslims’ beliefs and their sacred religious places.

Right to become a ruler:

Islam believes in its own democratic principles. It allows every Muslim to become a ruler of the state, if he has the faith, piousness and the support of the people.

Ich glaube, dass einige von uns über eine Organisation namens American Defense League (ADL) unter der Leitung von Walter Brown deren Hauptziel es ist, ein Ende zu Islam und die Muslime stellen rund um die Welt gehört. Ich habe eine Menge Dinge gibt beleidigen Islam in jeder möglichen Weise zu erwähnen, dass “Islam ist nicht kompatibel mit säkularen Staatsführung oder Gleichbehandlung von Personen unter dem Gesetz.” Würden Sie dagegen, wenn ich fragen, wo bekommen Sie Ihre Informationen aus? Oder haben Sie einfach machen up?!!

Muslime werden durch die Regeln, dass die Beziehung mit Nicht-Muslimen auf Gerechtigkeit, gegenseitiger Respekt, Kooperation und Kommunikation basieren sollte. Der Koran ist sehr explizit über die Gerechtigkeit Teil der Beziehung, wenn Gott in Vers gesagt 60:08 “Allah Sie verbietet nicht, in Bezug auf diejenigen, die euch nicht bekämpft haben (Ihr) Glaubens wegen und euch aus euren Häusern vertrieben haben, gütig und billig mit ihnen. Wahrlich, Allah liebt die Gerechten “.

Muslimische Theologen schon lange zwischen Angelegenheiten von Religion und Staat unterscheiden, aber immer noch den Islam unterscheidet zwischen Religion und Säkularismus in der Wissenschaft, aber ich denke, das ist nicht dein Punkt. Auch wenn Sie mit der rechten warum auf der Erde würden Sie jemals von einer Ungleichbehandlung in islamischen Ländern belästigt werden? Du bist kein Muslim und Sie leben nicht in einem islamischen Land so Regeln nicht auf Sie zutreffen? Ich denke, du bist so ein glücklicher Mensch.

Lass mich raten, hast du dich entschieden, den Islam “eine große kriminelle Vereinigung” auf das, was die Medien sagen, basiert nennen? Nun, lassen Sie mich Ihnen eine Frage stellen hier; Haben Sie jemals wirklich mit einem Muslim in Ihrem ganzen Leben umgegangen? Ich meine du jeden Muslim in Person kennen oder haben Sie nur hasse sie und wünschte, du würdest nur aufwachen Tages finden sie alle weg und die Welt wird ein besserer Ort sein?

Sie glauben, dass Ihre Mission “Ende der Übel des Islam weltweit befreiende all jene, die wegen dieser barbarischen System leiden.” Du nennst Islam “Evil” und “barbarisch” Oh, ich dachte, dass das erste, was ein Muslim sagen wenn er sieht, ein anderes ist ja, sind Sie wahrscheinlich Recht Islam ist ein “Terrorist”, “Evil” und “barbarisch” und vielleicht mehr wir wissen einfach nicht, wie ist es eine Religion könnte noch schlimmer kommen? “Sie Friede sei sein” Und da der Islam ist so schlimm nun sehe ich, warum der Islam ist die zweitgrößte Religion der Welt mit über 1 Milliarde Anhänger.

Sie müssen deinen klaren Kopf und sehen Dinge richtig. Islam nicht für Terrorismus nennen, es ist nicht dein schlimmster Feind, es ist nicht barbarisch, ist es nicht das Böse und glaubt mir, wenn Sie wirklich wusste Islam Sie würden nicht einmal wollen sie überhaupt kämpfen. Wir fordern nicht jemand hier zum Islam zu konvertieren, wir sagen nicht, dass die Terroristen nicht von Gott geduldet werden, weil es keine Religion auf Erden, die das Töten unschuldiger Menschen, die nichts tat, aber ein normales Leben duldet.

إن من أصول الإيمان أن يعتقد المؤمن أن لقاء الله حق ويندرج هذا تحت الركن الخامس من أركان الإيمان وهو الإيمان باليوم الآخر والبعث بعد الموت إلا أنه قد ورد النص عليه صريحا لأهميته ففى الصحيحين عن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه فى حديث سؤال جبريل للنبى صلى الله عليه وسلم عن الإيمان قال أن تؤمن بالله وملائكته وبكتابه وبلقائه  ورسله وتؤمن بالبعث بعد الموت .

عن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه قال : كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يوما بارزا للناس فأتاه رجل فقال : يا رسول الله ما الإيمان ؟ قال : ” أن يؤمن بالله وملائكته وكتابه ولقائه ورسله وتؤمن بالبعث الآخر ” . قال : يا رسول الله ما الإسلام ؟ قال : ” الإسلام أن تعبد الله ولا تشرك به شيئا وتقيم الصلاة المكتوبة وتؤدى الزكاة المفروضة وتصوم رمضان ” . قال: يارسول الله ما الأحسان ؟ قال : “أن تعبد الله كأنك تراه فإنك إن لا تراه فإنه يراك ” . قال يارسول الله متى الساعة ؟ قال ” ما المسئول عنها بأعلم من السائل ولكن سأحدثك عن أشراطها إذا ولدت المرأة ربها فذاك من أشراطها ، وإذا تطاول رعاة البهم فى البنيان فذاك من أشراطها فى خمس لا يعلمهن إلا الله ” . ثم تلى صلى الله عليه وسلم “إِنَّ اللَّهَ عِندَهُ عِلْمُ السَّاعَةِ وَيُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي الأَرْحَامِ وَمَا تَدْرِي نَفْسٌ مَّاذَا تَكْسِبُ غَدًا وَمَا تَدْرِي نَفْسٌ بِأَيِّ أَرْضٍ تَمُوتُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ ” ( لقمان 34 ) صدق الله العظيم .

ولقاء الله حق وقد كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يذكر بهم الحقيقة فيقول فى دعاء الاستفتاح من صلاة الليل ” أنت الحق ولقاؤك حق ” . فعن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يقول إذا قام إلى الصلاة من جوف الليل ” اللهم لك الحمد انت نور السماوات والأرض ولك الحمد أنت قيام السماوات والأرض ولك الحمد أنت رب السماوات والأرض ومن فيهنّ أنت الحق ووعدك الحق وقولك الحق ولقاؤك حق والجنة حق والنار حق والساعة حق اللهم لك أسلمت وبك آمنت وعليك توكلت وإليك أنبت وبك خاصمت وإليك حاكمت فاغفر لى ما قدمت وأخرت وأسررت وأعلنت أنت إلهى لا إله إلا أنت ” .

فإذا أحب الإنسان أحدا أحب لقاءه، ولم يطق فراقه والبعد عنه، فإذا فارقه امتلأ قلبه بالشوق إلي لقائه والحنين إليه. فإذا كان هذا الشوق لمحبوبه من الخلائق ، فكيف بمن يحب الله عز وجل من يملأ قلب المسلم بالإيمان ؟. ولقد كان أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقدمون محبة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم علي كل البشر مهما كانت مكانتهم عندهم، متبعين في ذلك قول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: ” لا يؤمن أحدكم حتى أكون أحب إليه من والده وولده والناس أجمعين” صدق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. فكانوا يحبونه أكثر من أنفسهم، ويفتدونه بكل غال ونفيس، وكان شعارهم أكبر دليل على ذلك” فداك أبي وأمي يا رسول الله” .

ولما مات النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أظلمت الدنيا في عيونهم لولا تعلقهم بحب من هو اعظم منه قدرا، وهو حب الله عز وجل، الذي كلفهم بحمل الأمانة وتبليغ الرسالة للناس أجمعين بعد وفاة خير الأنام محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم. وقال أبو بكر الصديق: “من كان يعبد محمدا فإن محمد قد مات، ومن كان يعبد الله فإن الله حي لا يموت”.

Harry's Place and the bigots it works with

The racist-promoting, terrorism-supporting Zionist blog Harry's Place has always been keen to expose the online pseudonyms used by its opponents, but this hasn't prevented its own contributors from hiding behind various aliases. Over the past week, however, two of HP's contributors have emerged blinking into the light of day.

Over at the Huffington Post, HP regular "Abu Faris" has posted an article under his own name, Ben Jefferies, attacking Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi. Jefferies denounces the Muslim Brotherhood as "clerical fascists in zealot beards and man-nighties who think that rape-victims were asking for it, Jews are to blame for everything, Christians should not be allowed to be president and homosexuals should be thrown off mountains".

You'll note Jefferies' assumption that beards on Arabs are a sign of religious fanaticism and his sneering description of non-western clothing as "man-nighties". He then proceeds to express his contempt for the Egyptian people as a whole. The only reason the Muslim Brotherhood came to power, according to Jefferies, is that "the general population is so apathetic it can barely bring itself to vote with even a semblance of freedom – and when it does shamble off to the ballots, it votes for bug-eyed religious bigots who genuinely believe that God is talking to them and all the world's ills are largely the fault of Jews".

Most people would regard such statements by a white European, particularly one who is actually working in Egypt among the very people he so despises, as distasteful at best if not verging on xenophobia and racism. Yet this passage was happily reproduced by "Alan A" (a pseudonym used by longtime HP contributor David Toube, though in his case he hasn't admitted to it yet) when he recommended Jefferies' piece to HP readers.

Another HP contributor to cast aside his cloak of anonymity last week was the individual behind the Islamic Far-Right in Britain blog, with whose assistance HP has recently organised two disgraceful campaigns against Islamic events in London and Yorkshire, resulting in their cancellation due to threats of violence by far-right thugs (see here and here).

The author of the IFRB blog, it turns out, is a former English Defence League activist named Andy Hughes, who has previously operated under the names Harry Burns and Arry Bo. In a comment posted on the deLiberation website Hughes outed himself as the IFRB blogger and in a subsequent exchange with Richard Batholomew confirmed his earlier use of the Harry Burns pseudonym. (That Hughes is also Arry Bo can be verified from the URL to his Facebook page, which appeared under that moniker until Hughes recently decided to dispense with it and use his real name instead.)

Last year Hughes was one of two former EDL members billed as speakers at a Quilliam Foundation event (which fell through after his friend Leighton Evans not only refused to condemn the EDL but did an interview with the Guardian in which, to quote Evans' own words, he "gave the EDL their biggest rave review"). The advertisement for the event provided the following potted bio of Hughes:

"Harry Burns was formerly a senior member of EDL's London division. Within London he helped to mobilise members and organise transport for demonstrations outside of London. He was also involved in the group's logistics and its online activism, helping to run their youth website. He was present at many of their early London meetings."

So, not exactly a naive individual on the fringes of the organisation who wouldn't have known that it was riddled from the start with racist thugs and fascists.

Although he says he left the EDL two years ago after he discovered that it hated Muslims, Hughes retains his connections with individuals who have played prominent roles in the movement and in some cases still do. His Facebook friends include Guramit Singh, Darren Lee and former EDL Youth leader Joel Titus.

In a response to an earlier piece on Islamophobia Watch where we drew attention to these links, Hughes airily dismissed their relevance before going on to deliver the following encomium to Joel Titus: "Nice fella, not afraid to get his hands dirty (so what), had his head screwed on, his EDY website only ever covered extremists, no bollocks about halal, rape gangs etc, left EDL himself, still chat once in a while, intelligent kid – best of luck to him." Yes, he's referring to this Joel Titus.

The hangover from Hughes' days in the EDL evidently extends to ideology too. In a recent Facebook comment on a BBC news report, "EU states 'must be multicultural'", Hughes wrote: "Fuck multiculturalism and world culture. England and Britain have their own distinctive cultures." He accepted the existence of what he called "sub cultures within Britain" but objected that they were being accorded equal status "because these cultures are from other countries and that's the be all and end all for some people". Hughes went on to express his disillusionment with the existing "patriotic parties" (a term applied by their supporters to parties of the far right) and added: "If a sensible one came along everyone I know would vote for em."

However, to be fair, when Hughes criticises "sub cultures" for failing to accept their subordinate place within British society he isn't just talking about Muslims. He has a problem with Jews too. During the fall-out from the cancellation of Quilliam's EDL symposium last year, Hughes posted the following comment on the Expose Facebook page by way of explanation of his differences with the EDL:

Challenged by his critics over the latter remark, Hughes offered this defence:

And this is the man who asks us to believe that his campaigns against Islamic community events are motivated by a principled opposition to far-right extremism of all varieties.

Still, Hughes does have his supporters. Only today, over at Harry's Place, one admirer posted the congratulatory comment "Keep up the great work, Andy Hughes". It was none other than "Abu Faris".

Mosque rally offers unity message

Ban Islam, deport Muslims says Sweden Democrat

"Ban Islam in Sweden and deport those who persist in believing in the religion", said Pär Norling, group leader of the Sweden Democrats (SD) in Bollnäs, in an interview with national broadcaster Sveriges Television (SVT).

The neo-nazi Swedish Resistance Movement (Svenska Motståndsrörelsen) marched in the central Swedish town of Bollnäs earlier this summer, after a controversial rape case had rocked the community. On Saturday they marched again and anti-racist protests were held nearby.

Swedish Democratic Norling said he disapproves of Nazism, but by and large considers it a by-product of immigration. He also agrees with the neo-nazi movement that Islam has no place in Sweden. "That can exist elsewhere but in Sweden it doesn't fit in," he said to Sweden's national television SVT. When asked what ought to be done with those who still want to believe in the religion, despite it being banned, Norling responded: "Then the solution is deportation."

This is the second time in just days that Swedish Democratic politicians have landed themselves in hot water. 

On Friday, the Swedish Democrat Sven-Erik Karlsson commented on the harassment Somalian families have been suffering from teens in the town Forserum, in southern Sweden, saying that all Swedish municipalities ought to have gangs to harass refugees. After the furore that followed, Karlsson resigned his position on Saturday.

The treaty of HUDAYBIA

An important Islamic event that took place during the development of Islam was the treaty of Hudybia. It was between the PROPHET MUHAMMAD PBUH and the tribe of Quraish. This treaty helped to create peace between Medina and Makah. It was due to this treaty that the Muslims were able to do the pilgrimage of the sacred house of ALLAH, the Holy KAABA. And it was the first pilgrimage made by the Muslims.

History

HAZRAT MUHAMMAD PBUH reported that he has been receiving the messages and the revelation from ALLAH at the age of forty. The tribe of Quraish persecuted the Muslims and the PROPHET and they were compelled to move to Medina.

The first pilgrimage

The PROPHET PBUH had a dream that he did pilgrimage and tawaf around the Holy KAABA. When HE told the dream to the followers they became were happy and congratulated HIM. The PROPHET PBUH along with 1400 followers dressed as pilgrims and moved towards Makah to perform the UMRA. They had no intention to fight rather they hope that the Quraish would respect the pilgrims and let them perform the UMRA.

The Holy PROPHET PBUH and the followers camped outside Makah and there the PROPHET met a leader of Quraish and said that if they agree then I will have a treaty with them. They have become weak after the war and had bear great loss and if they want then they can embrace Islam and there will be no harm to them. And if they do not agree then we will fight against them until the end of our lives. Both the parties agreed to solve the issues in a peaceful manner rather than having a war. This treaty was later named as the treaty of Hudybia.

The treaty

The outlines of the treaty were:

  • There will be no fight between the two parties for ten years.
  • Any person who wants to embrace Islam and convert to Muslim is welcome and is free to do so.
  • And a person is also free to join the Quraish if he wants to join them.
  • If a person comes to the Prophet PBUH without the permission of his parents, if alive, then he will be returned back to his guardians.
  • But anyone will not be returned if he goes to the Quraish.
  • The Muslims will return back without entering Makah but they will be able to return the next year and stay in Makah for three days to perform the pilgrimage.
  • In those three days the Quraish will not harm the Muslims and will move back from the hills when the Muslims come for pilgrimage.
  • The Muslims will not bring any arms with them but except the swords.

After the treaty of Hudybia, there was still some confusion. As the prophet was the messenger of ALLAH and the Quraish did not accepted this so they had some issues with this and also the Muslims were also not in favor of the stipulation but the PROPHET PBUH asked the Muslims to do as directed and follow the treaty. In 629 A.D the Muslims returned back and performed pilgrimage according to the treaty. After that the allies of the Muslims named as KHUZA was attacked by the alliance of the Quraish and BANU BAKAR which was against the treaty. So the treaty was finally dissolved.

Penelitian ilmiah ini muncul dalam kerangka bimbingan baru yang dipegang oleh pusat penelitian dan lembaga di Amerika Serikat, yang bertujuan untuk mengandalkan solusi alami dan akan lebih menyehatkan untuk memberdayakan alam dalam memecahkan masalah yang disebabkan oleh efek samping yang berbahaya serta akumulasi racun setelah menggunakan berbagai jenis obat kimia dan pengobatan.

Dr. Jamal al-Din Ibrahim mengatakan bahwa penelitian timnya didasarkan pada hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan pada anak-anak di Inggris, dan ia mencatat bahwa ketika anak-anak tidur di sisi sebelah kanan, ini membantu mereka untuk tidur tenang dengan lebih mudah dan mencegahnya dari mimpi buruk.
