LET’S BRING A CHANGE-STARTING BY CHANGING OURSELVES

“Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.” Leo Tols

Mostly, it is observed that about 95% of the people try to change the world and only 5% try to change themselves. Changing ourselves can change the world, we can change the world up to an extent, to which we can change ourselves because we all are parts of it. Similarly, the law of radiations and vibrations which states that we can send out our affects to another and the vibrations of others can affect us. These affect can’t be ignored.

It is very well said, that a single drop of water can turn into an ocean.

But the question arises why should I change myself when I am comfortable the way I am? The simple answer to this fair question is; nothing is perfect in this world. Perfection is a static state which needs nothing more to be done. May be after death, we need nothing more.

We can change ourselves by changing our brains. Recent researches reveal that our brain is a highly programmable system and its programming starts in the mother’s womb. The present environment can alter our behaviors and similarly our presence can affect our surroundings.

On a busy road, stop your car and let the old women cross. This way you bring change by doing small things. I assure you none of us is as busy as to spare a minute for such minute changes.

These changes will make us alive. The time you fall down, open up your eyes and challenge yourself to get up. Always keep your hope alive. Hope this will help you to provide strength to rework and re-travel to the areas which you thought would never need to be revisited.

We can take few steps to our journey to a more fulfilling life. The first step is that one should develop a desire to change himself. The second step is authenticity, this can give us a life which is free from lies, anxieties and fears. The other one is pure awareness, which is able to open the windows to our soul, which can throw all bad thoughts and emotions away under the bright light. We need to develop acceptance and compassion, which can actually help us to re-program ourselves regarding a peculiar situation. Expanded horizons can diminish our all unwanted emotions. We can learn from our previous experiences, how to work and set yourselves to existence.

My emphasis, life is no magic.

We should not cry in fear; rather we should try harder to bring a revolution with our consciousness. Only then a mutual hope and a thought will arise which will certainly bring a change that is needed to be brought. Do you remember the Mother Teresa quote? She said:

If everyone only cleaned their own doorstep, the whole world would be cleaned.

We should work hard with perspiration and determination and don’t let our dreams and determinations expire. Let us live our lives to bring a change and be the change.
