Stir Fry is a well-known dish in Islamic countries and many restaurants have this dish as their specialty. Ingredients:
- Oil (2 tablespoons)
- Cloves of Garlic (2 chopped)
- Onions (2 chopped)
- Red Capsicum (1 chopped)
- Green Capsicum (1 chopped)
- Courgettes (100 grams chopped)
- Peas (1 cup)
- Ketchup (3 tablespoons)
- Light Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Chili Sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Chicken Stock (2 tablespoons)
- Mushrooms (2 cups chopped)
- Dark Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
Directions:
- Get a pan and heat the oil in it.
- Add in all the vegetables that you have prepared into the pan.
- After that add in the tomato sauce, soy sauces, chili sauce, and chicken stock.
- You must keep tossing the mixture until it is completely fried.
- Take it out on a place once it turns light brown and crispy.
- Serve!
Tips: Stir fry tastes best with yogurt on the side. You can prepare the yogurt by putting some salt, chopped onions, a little chili pepper, and tomatoes to get the complete taste. There are people who like to eat stir fry in a bun or even eat it with pita bread. It is tasty either way you eat, and it is a healthy dish to eat if you are on a diet!
