Recipe for Delicious Desi Corn

Corn is something that serves as a great side dish with lunch and dinner. There are many ways that you can prepare corn to eat with your food. The desi corn recipe is quite popular all over the world because of the unique taste it has. The best part is that it is easy to prepare and tastes good with almost anything that you eat. It will take only a few minutes to prepare and will leave your taste buds yearning for more.
Ingredients:
• Lime Juice (1/3 cup)
• Salt
• Cayenne Pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
• Butter (1/2 cup melted)
• Corn on the Cob (8 Husked)
Directions:
1. Start off by boiling the corn.
2. Create a mixture in a bowl of salt and butter.
3. Take out the boiled corn and coat it with the mixture that you created in the bowl.
4. Wrap the corn in foil paper. You can either bake the corn or grill it. The time for baking or grilling should be no more than 5-10 minutes.
5. Take the foil paper off and use a brush to put the lemon juice on the corn. Make sure that you coat the entire cob with lemon juice.
6. Serve!
Tips: Do not remove the corn from the grill or the oven until the kernels start to turn a rich golden color. Remember to sprinkle some paprika on top to get the rich flavor in your mouth! Follow the directions properly and if you want a creamy taste, then you should use more butter. Corn is best to eat with nachos so it is advised that you prepare some on the side. This will give you the complete Desi dish and will truly be something that you want to eat over and over again!
