For all Muslims, Ramadan is known to be the holiest month that has been offered by our almighty Allah. Allah has given this special month for us, so that we Muslims follow his guidelines on right manner, and spread his directions all over the globe. This month is known to be full of rahmat and virtues from almighty Allah. All Muslims have to prepare themselves for receiving blessings from Allah. It is the month where Allah blesses his followers most, and forgives for all of their misjudgments, and sins.
We have to gain knowledge on such a level from which we will be able to understand the true meaning of this Ramadan month. We can be benefited in many ways if we can manage understanding all virtues of Ramadan. Ramadan is not about fasting for certain period of time. It shows how one can control his exposure, and shows his dedication towards almighty Allah. Ramadan also makes realization to all Muslims on how they should treat others. During breaking the fast (in Islamic term, it is known as Iftaar), it is the duty of all Muslims to help those who are not capable of having foods by their own. Allah also blesses those people who can show mercy to others, and help them whenever it will be possible. Ramadan also teaches on how to lead lives in a control fashion.
Fasting is tagged as one of the featured pillars of Islam religion. During Ramadan, all Muslims have to fast, and it is their duties of obey all rules and conditions. Fasting in the month of Ramadan has got amazing values. Our prophet Mohammad ( may peace be upon him) said that, Islam has been developed with five significant pillars. These pillars signify that, there is and will be no one like almighty Allah, and all Muslims have to accept Mohammad as the true messenger of Almighty Allah. Praying five times a day, Zakat, going to Hajj, and doing fasting during the month of Ramadan are the pillars of Islam.
During the month of Ramadan, there are so many benefits that one can achieve while fasting. There has been no doubt that, one will receive great amount of blessings if he or she can lead the way of Allah’s path. There are quotes written in the holy Al Quran, and other main and authorized sources have mentioned the true importance of Ramadan month. Allah said about Ramadan that, the real virtue of Ramadan was written in Al Quran which is known to be the actual guideline for mankind. In Al Quran, it is mentioned all activities that Muslims should do or should not do.
Ramadan month has been named as the blessings month for several reasons. This holy month offers a great deal of opportunities for all Muslims to seek blessings, forgiveness, and to worship Allah. This month also encourages Muslims to get obedient to Allah. It is true that, one will be rewarded greatly if he or she can maintain all terms or rules according to the way that Allah has mentioned.
