There are a large number of Muslims living all around the world. They speak many different languages and they live in different countries, but they follow the same concepts of culture and traditions. Same is the case in the UK. People living there also follow the same traditions which are now followed in the Islamic countries all over the world. The basic objective of the Islamic traditions on which the Muslims officially belief is “there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad (S.A.W) is His Messenger.”
Customs and traditions are regarded as the most significant factors of nationality. Many of the Islamic countries are united by their common culture, customs and traditions since very old time. A Muslim, who follows the same traditions in the Islamic society, has stronger feelings of unity and oneness of thoughts, beliefs and worship. When the Muslims of the UK follow Islamic traditions, it marks them from the other people of the British society. No matter what the people of London think about Muslims, it is necessary for them to follow our Islamic traditions as obliged by Allah and His Messenger.
All people having any color or race and resident of any area in the world, yet believe in one God, Prophet Hood and Quran and follow the same traditions are considered as the true members of the Islamic society. The Muslim cultures and traditions, which they have gained from their own countries are food, clothing, wedding traditions and much more. The original Muslim language is Arabic which was the language of Prophet Mohamed and the Quran. This language is derived from the Arab and became the most famous part of the Islamic culture. Common language and literature are the principal elements in the formation of an Islamic society in foreign countries like the UK. A Muslim who speaks the same language and reads the same literature has strong aspects of believing in Allah. The traditions of Muslims also include Islamic festivals, which they also follow in foreign countries with due respect in their localities. They are as under:
