Egyptian society is currently in a transition phase. There is a series of disputes over many issues within the country as the opposition is trying to press the Government. There are issues concerning the balance of power, and other issues include economy, inflation, unemployment and the newly introduced laws like blasphemy law. On January 25, 2011, Egyptians went on the roads asking for a change in their dictatorial, inactive and in an increasingly non-transparent government. Eighteen days later of disputes, a ruthless crackdown on demonstrators and a shutdown of the Internet, President Mubarak ventures down.

Mubarak had based administration on savagery, discretionary confinement of activists, and restriction. He and his supporters organized audaciously fixed parliamentary decisions in November 2010 and have mercilessly crushed its people. Mubarak and his administration depended on U.S. help to deny the Egyptian individuals essential rights and opportunities. This can’t keep throughout the move to elections. The U.S. authority should stand with the Egyptian individuals, and not simply the tyrant.

Current Population Centers of Islamic immigrants in the USA

The number of Muslims in USA is increasing day by day and there nearly less than United States of Americas national population. Muslims from different parts of the world come and they are extremely varied immigrants. With such variety within one religion you will notice that there are number of variation in Muslim restaurants. Large numbers of immigrants are from South Asian countries, from Middle Eastern countries and Iran. Mostly south Asian is from Pakistan India and Bangladesh which are followed by the 600,000 Arabs and 300,000 Iranians.

Just like Muslims living in ghetto like areas in parts of Europe same with the Muslims in United States. The substantial amount of Muslim immigrants is living in Dearborn and they are the 30 percent of the population called the Southend. That part consists of 97 percent of Muslims. In USA most of the Muslims are African American converts. There are many Muslim immigrants born but they drop when they are westernized.

Three main reasons for immigration are:

• Refuge
• Education
• Islamist Ambitions

After the survey being conducted they are people equal in number who observe the Islamic law and those who are not. But most of the Muslims eat halal meat. One third of the Muslims follow the restrictions wearing make up in public and around the same avoid shaking hand with men. Very small numbers of young girls cover their head ranging from 20 to 25 percent. Muslims those who have access to the mosque attend very less prayers other than Friday. Alcoholism is very much in common and they see western woman as a source of luxury.

From 1965 legislation passed to allow the immigrants to come from all over the world. Their main focus was to provide finest skills on parenting and family ties. In late 80s for the diverse population lottery system was introduce where you can take your close family members along with you, with this rise in induction in different made the settlers there to establish their community. One of the largest immigrations sent by the Pakistan and then followed by the Iran, Turkey, Egypt and Bangladesh. Currently the population center of Islamic immigrants is United States of America.

There are few things which are very clear that numerous amount of converts towards Islam. Muslims living in foreign countries are deeply affected by separating American Islam and historic centers made by Egypt and Pakistan.

The ongoing problem of the killing of Muslims in Assam, India have been described as a, “planned ethnic cleansing of Muslims.” The minority community of Muslims in Assam is being cruelly killed. Muslim leaders have been greatly moved by the present conditions in Assam and are demanding the intervention of the Central Government. According to these Muslim leaders, Tarun Gogoi’s state Government has failed in protecting their innocent citizens in Assam. These Muslim leaders have condemned the Bengali speaking citizens and Bangladeshi settlers.

The police of Northeastern parts of the Assam state in India are arresting some local politicians as they are involved in some violence cases that have taken place recently in the state. BBC reports have announced that Pradeep Bharma, legislator of the state assembly, has been arrested recently in his own home. He is also the leader of the regional Bodoland Peoples Front (BPF). Almost 87 innocent people have been killed due to the ongoing fight among aboriginal Muslim settlers and the Bodo tribes in the state of Assam.

The members of the proscribed National self governing front of the Bodoland have killed a number of Muslims. At the same time, Muslims are going through violent demises similar to these in neighbouring Myanmar. Many Muslims of Bengali origin were killed in the uprisings of four western Assam districts. The Indian government has now called on the army and issued orders to control the violence now being faced.

There are a number of educational and social National Group Organizations (NGOs) involved. along with their leaders who strongly condemn the violence issues in Assam. They are urging central government immediately to take strict, strong actions to control the burning of Muslim villages and the killing of members of their communities.  The leaders of the NGOs who are administrating these actions have decried those unbalanced reports made by the media houses at Kokrajhar in Dhubri. They are intentionally making efforts to show that Muslims labeled as illegal settlers are actually the victims.

According to recent reports, when Muslims were attacked, killed and driven away from their residences in 1993 and 1994 from the Bodo trial, they were settled in these places after taking permissions from the Government. After some time, they built their own villages at these places. Later, homes were burned and people were killed. Now, the same conditions and same situations are faced by the Muslims in Assam.

The world is going through the most uncertain conditions and every country is facing threats from inside as well as from outside. Human right violations are on the peak in every part of the world and in this critical situation all the world authorities have failed to bring the peace. The most troubled areas in the world now days are Syria, Palestine, Kashmir and Myanmar. Myanmar has topped in the human rights violation in the last 2 years. The state of Myanmar is a Buddhist majority state and is ruled by the military for the last 50 years. In the last 50 years the military has committed many human rights violations and the main victims were the Muslims. The Buddhist state rulers claim that these Muslims in Burma are the illegal immigrants from the adjoining countries and they have no place in the Burmese state. The rulers have made it clear to the world authorities that these immigrants are not the responsibility of the state and they should be expelled. The Burmese rulers have requested the UN missions to settle these people in the other countries in order to clear Burma form the minorities.

The reality is opposite because these people are not illegal immigrants but they are living here for many decades. The most problematic area is the Rohingya Muslims area where the life and property of the Muslims are under continuous threat.  They are compelled to stay out of their houses because the military has laid the land mines in their areas.  All the Muslims and other minority areas are deprived of the basic necessities and are not given their basic rights.  In less than two months more than 20,000 Muslims in Burma have been killed in the ethnic clashes. The world bodies have not played their due role in settling this decades old issue and even the United Nations have not come to rescue the people.  The organization of Islamic conference was held in the month of Ramadan which also failed to sort out this issue. The king of Saudi Arabia however offered the monetary help to the Muslims of Rohingya. The reaction of the world bodies has been cold on this which has further increased the hatred of Muslims over the west. This lack of trust and the gap that is developing between the west and east is dangerous and can have very negative consequences.

The feelings of hatred and being ignored are increasing among the Burma Muslims and it should come to an end.  The Muslims all over the world should be given equal treatment and justice should be free and fair.  The situation of Muslims in Burma is critical as the military is not even differentiating between the innocent women and children and the extremists. The innocent Muslims women and children are burned alive; the women are raped and kept under illegal custody. All these situations have compelled the people to settle in the forest and the faraway place where they are living miserably. There should be an end to the Burmese authority atrocities against the humanity and Muslims should be given their valid rights. Every person is born free and no one has right to challenge his or her existence and basic rights.

The share of profit as well as loss made the Islamic banking to be trustworthy. They have different modes of financing. These modes have their own set of principles, philosophy and conditions which made them to use as a Islamic modes because they are coherent with the Islamic laws and Shari’aa.

Musharikah financing, the word arises from the Arabic word means “sharing”. In the business concept it deals with the sharing of profit and loss. Like in the joint venture all the partners will share the profit and loss in the proportion of their investments. IJARAH is the LEASING mode, Mudarabah financing In this mode of financing, in which the investment is solely from the Islamic bank. The full money is being given by the bank. Murabahah is in the Islamic Fiqh refers to a particular kind of sale, and this mode deals with selling.
Hence Islam offers the best Islamic financial system which not only eliminates interest but also solve all the financial problems.
