The heart rendering news which has been unveiled today is the death of Bashir Balor who has been attacked by a suicide bomber.

Bashir Ahmad Bilour was a member of the provincial assembly of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Senior Minister for Local Government and Rural Development of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. Bashir balor was amongst the most senior leader of ANP (Awami National Party) of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa,

The attacked occurred when Bashir Balor was leaving from a meeting of his political paryt along with his personal secretary and SHO Kabuli Police Station. The meeting was held at a residence of Awami National League’s local leader. The suicide attack was brutally designed as it blew up both the personal secretary Noor Mohammed as well as the SHO Sattar Khan on the spot. Moreover, the suicide bomb also injured 18 other lives.

After the attack took place, Bashir Balor was instantly taken to the hospital. Sources reveal that Bashir Balor was brought in a critical condition and the blood was flowing out of his body. Bashir Balor was taken to Peshawar’s Lady Reading Hospital for the instant treatment but unfortunately doctors couldn’t resuscitate him to bring back to his life and Bashir expired.

The reasons stated for the suicide attack on him reveal that Bashir Balor was in support of US strategies which aimed at erasing terrorism. Bashir Balor had claimed that terrorism is our own battle and we must fight through it. Also, Bashir Balor believed that Taliban must stop invading into the lives of the people of Pakistan who encompass nefarious agendas and are inhumane. Such tall claims of Bashir Balor were not taken easy by Taliban who made an attack on him and took his life.

Today, sources of Taliban have instantly taken the responsibility for the attack. The Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan have made it clear to the people of Pakistan that anyone who would speak up against their policies and agendas will be meeting their deaths. The Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan already have taken lives of many political and social personalities over the years and always have claimed responsibilities after the attack to wide spread the state of fear amongst the people.

Bashir Bilor was surely a brave man who had spoken up against the ruthless and out-lawed Taliban organization which has been hammering in their ideologies in the name of religion. Bashir Bilor belonged from a political family of Peshawar with a bachelor degree in law, Bashir Balor joined politics to raise his voice over the grave problems of Pakistan. He was always a member of Awami National League from 1970s. Bashir Balor had achieved many successes during his life such as five times consecutive MPA seat by maximum number of votes from Peshawar.

Leader like Bashir Balor will be missed extensively who had contributed for the betterment of his country Pakistan and always raised his voice against the injustice prevailing. Today, he has been killed down for his fearless comments against Taliban organization which is haunting the lives of the people of Pakistan.

Status and condition inside Syria:

Political fighting hits fresh heights in Syria in 2012. During an attack in Assad on July 18, many high ranking officers, defense ministers and the president’s brother in law were killed. Forces seized and controlled many border crossings and huge tracts of Syrian land.

Syrian opposition activities:

The major opposition movement, is the Syrian National Council (SNC) by the country’s Sunni population combined with an Islamic group similar to the Muslim Brotherhood. The Syrian National Council supports Assad’s opponents, but dislikes its familial counterparts.

The Public Coordination Commission is an opponent union of self-governing persons including the Kurdish activists. Hassan Abdel Azim led this group.

The Free Syrian Army is another set of army defenders that depose Assad by force.  Riad al-Asad led the Free Syrian Army. The Free Syrian Army argue that they have 15,000 fighters, but analysts suggest that they are no more than 7000.

Six tip plan of Kofi Annan:

Kofi Annan, a messenger to Syria, gave a six point harmony plan in 2012 to end the Syrian crisis. The points of the plan are given as:

1. Work by the global messenger.
2. End fighting under UN cease-fire, Syrian military to prevent using heavy arms and pull oout from inhabitant’s centers.
3. Permit charitable aid.
4. Free charged detainees.
5. Guarantee lack of restrictions of movement for the media.
6. Value passive demonstrations.

Initially, the government agreed to put up with by the points of plan; however, on April 8, they said that they would not remove their military from cities until armed revolutionary groups provided a written declaration to stop the fighting. The Syrian Army discarded this demand.

United State Sanctions on Syria:

The United State put down a range of sanctions that forbid aid and confined mutual trade. These include limitations on foreign aid, defense exports, and air travel of Syrian airplanes in United States. It also reduced diplomatic ties, enforced travel bans on Syrians diplomats, froze overseas transactions in Syrian property and many other miscellaneous restrictions.

Sanctions of European Union on Syria:

The European Union approved many sanctions on Assad in the 2011 revolution. Some important sanctions include:

• Journey bans forced on peak individuals of the Syrian army including Assad family.
• Sanction imposed on the central bank of Syria.
• Bans on export of tools and Syrian oil.

Sanctions Impact:

The sanctions forced by the union of Arab States and European Union hit Syria the hardest. These sanctions prohibit transactions of government income with the individuals, state owned institutions and companies.

In the recent crisis in Syria, thousands of Muslims died and many are homeless. There is shortage of food and medicines for the victims and many houses are destroyed. Now it’s time to resolve the crisis of Syria. The international community needs to create a proper plan for an orderly transfer of power from the majority to the minorities on an equal basis. In Syria, the only condition of peace is the equal transfer of rights among human beings. There should be no difference on the basis of caste. Equality is necessary for peace.

BALLWIN — Muslim, Christian and Jewish religious leaders joined civil rights leaders here this morning in denouncing recent attacks against mosques around the country. They say that kind of violence represents intolerance and a hatred of Muslims, and they worry it escalates during election season.

"This is a result of an atmosphere of hate that is being created by a small group of radical Islamophobes within this country," said Faizan Syed, executive director of the St. Louis chapter of CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations). Ghazala Hayat, with the Islamic Foundation of Greater St. Louis, added: "We also see, usually the year of election, this rhetoric goes up."

At a news conference, they were joined by Barbara Jennings, with the Coalition of Catholic Sisters; Rabbi Brigitte Rosenberg, president of the Rabbinical Association; and civil rights leaders including Brenda Jones of the ACLU of Eastern Missouri and Karen Aroesty of the Anti-Defamation League.

A July 4 arson fire damaged a mosque in Joplin, Mo., and a second fire on Aug. 6 destroyed it. The second fire has been labeled suspicious. An investigation continues.

The national group CAIR is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible for the attempted arson on July 4. Syed said the group had planned Wednesday to announce an increase in that reward to include the Aug. 6 fire, but he said they would wait until officials confirm that it was arson.

Syed said the St. Louis group has contacted Islamic centers in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma to warn them to beef up security measures, during Friday prayers and other times. He said what happened to the mosque outside Joplin underscored the anger sometimes directed toward such centers. He said that mosque had been targeted even before the arson attempt in July. Shotgun shells had been fired at the center's mailbox and people driving by had yelled profanities at children, he said.

Meanwhile, he said the mosque there will rebuild, thanks to a national fundraising campaign. He said about $400,000 had been raised in a short time, but that it will take close to $1.4 million to rebuild in or near Joplin. "We are really heartened by the response by non-Muslims to raise money so quickly," Hayat added.
