Many Muslim religious scholars have recommended that Sharia law is the only solution for a better society. Now what exactly is Sharia law? It provides the code of law derived from the Holy book of Qur’an and from the teachings and life of the Last Prophet, Muhammad.

Now if it is such an incredible system, then why is it that western society is so much against it? Why are we Muslims labeled as terrorists all around the world? Why is it that even today, we do not think highly of women empowerment? Why are we killing the mothers of our children in the name of Islam and Sharia? Why is it that we do not believe is sending our daughters to schools to give them a chance at life, again in the name of Islam and Sharia? Why is there so much of clash between different sects of Islam? Why the most brutal behavior is perceptible in Madrassas (schools for Islamic education)? Why are we killing innocent minors in the name of Blasphemy law?

Now can any person, who is a non-Muslim, think of it as a sagacious, peaceful and harmonious religion or system of law? Sadly, the answer to that would be a huge NO. So is it that the religion or the Sharia law has flaws? The answer to that would again be a huge NO. The flaw is not in the religion it is in the interpretation and execution of the laws given in the religion. Islam highly negates all sorts of terrorist activities, and it was Islam that actually gave power and predilection to women, as, in that era women were badly subjugated and were considered a product to be used. Education for both men and women has been made mandatory in Islam.

The sad reality is that majority of Mullahs (Muslim Scholars) have picked out the most stern and austere methods to go about life. It’s not Islam or Sharia law it’s the enforcers that misconstrue it and put into practice according to their own comfort and will. So if the Sharia law is enforced, the chances of the development of society and the eradication of evils is only possible if the implementers of Sharia are temperate and open minded people. Which is very difficult now days as anyone who proposes a better and a less harsh society, is instantaneously labeled as Kaafir(Non-believer) by the Mullahs.

Islam if studied with an open mind is the most rational and peaceful religion. But many of the Muslim scholars only to gain power have warped the religion into something extremely obnoxious and have actually killed the essence of Islam which is peace, concord and justice.

So if the reigns of country are given to such extremists would it bring any betterment? What change would come if such people who believe that education and schools are only for males and that women empowerment is actually a sinful act are given the authority to rule? If people with such narrow minds come in power is there any chance of progress?

Like in the joint venture all the partners will share the profit and loss in the proportion of their investments. IJARAH is the LEASING mode, Mudarabah financing In this mode of financing, in which the investment is solely from the Islamic bank. The full money is being given by the bank. Murabahah is in the Islamic Fiqh refers to a particular kind of sale, and this mode deals with selling.
Hence Islam offers the best Islamic financial system which not only eliminates interest but also solve all the financial problems.
