It is very prominent that, discrimination towards Muslims is increasing day by day. In the recent past, it has reached on the summit of mount Everest. The time has come to do something to minimize such hatred but is there anything really present in this world which can bring these two almost opponent ideologies united together?

What will you call such behavior where, every Muslim is treated near to a terrorist? Have anyone experienced persecution on western airports just because of being a Muslim? Many of you will say yes, I know. In all European countries including UK and in USA, Islam is the second or the third largely practiced religion everywhere. Still some countries ban wearing hijab, others humiliate people wearing so. What name you will give to such treatment? As you are ill treating a particular group, like you did towards Negroes throughout centuries, why not it is also named “Racism”?

We, Muslims are hopeful that, as the literal racism abolished, one day, discrimination and intolerance towards Muslims will also vanish. To make this possible, people from every corner, of any culture and religion, should try to know individual Muslims. Yes, all Muslims admit that, terrorists are anti socialist. There is no chance of terrorism or extremism in Islam. Every Muslim hates such extremists as others do. It is not justifiable that, the definition of terrorism or extremism is another name of Islam. It is as wrong as when people used to think, the sun is moving around the earth. If native western people take some steps to change their view towards Muslims, then it can be possible, so from Muslims also. The very first step towards this mission is to stop thinking every Muslim Laden.

With respect to each other, understanding every point of view and helping the promotion of Muslims rights can minimize this poison developed between Muslims and the west. Native people should shed of all prejudice and ensure the freedom on their fellow Musolmans.

Many Muslim renowned people are there on earth and in western countries, who have become a very important person as celebrities in their field of work. Some of them are also in politics. They should take care of these issues starting from the state levels. Such representatives can enforce laws to reduce these intolerances and can work on increasing public awareness in conservative ways. Both sides have the freedom of expression, but that should not enhance violence. Research says, education can give pace on such missions, so it should be practiced in every house, and school to maintain a good bonding with Muslims. As there are thousands of organizations in humanitarian grounds, international organization and NGOs should be built on this ‘prevent religious discrimination’ ground. These organizations can emphasize on promoting cultural & religious harmony in the west.

An attempt has been taken a long time ago in the year of 2007 in Spain, a conference held where more than 300 participants, international organizations, NGOs and many elite of Muslim intolerance issues were present. They gave priorities on promoting Muslim-West mutual understanding to reduce racism. Though, we haven’t got any fruitful result from them, still we are hoping to get such a spring devoid of western racism towards Muslims.

Muslim world is full of fire at the making of an American movie that mocked the Prophet (peace and blessings upon him), protested started in different parts of the Muslim world, Egyptian burnt U.S. Flag and replaced with a black flag, and According to a witness of the entire episode said that in the place of the U.S.  Flag, a black flag was lifted with the words “There is no God but God, and Mohammad is his messenger”. While U.S. flag was burnt and pieces were shown on camera, many believed that the filming agitated the riot up to this extend.  The brazen attack on the U.S embassy also killed an American; the angry souls were tickled by “video linked to Florida pastor Terry Jones, whose public burning of the Koran in 2010 led to deadly protests in Afghanistan. The film reportedly mocks the prophet Muhammad.” as per the sources.

Same incident took place in Syria and Yemen where protestors broke into the compounds and burnt U.S. flag. In Yemen, protestors climbed the walls and stormed the embassies causing Americans a greater cost.

The huge question is about the security of these embassies by the local securities. We want to expel the American ambassador,” Abdelwadood al-Mutawa said as he and other protesters left the compound. He said he was motivated by reports of the movie mocking the Prophet Muhammad prophet (peace and blessings upon him). “We cannot accept any insult to our prophet,” Mutawa said. “It’s a red line.”

In Pakistan, a Muslim country, the video was instantly banned by the government in order to halt the violence. But in Afghanistan, movie called “Innocence of the Muslims” was available on the internet.

As per the news ‘Two days after the deaths of J. Christopher Stevens, the U.S. ambassador to Libya, and three other Americans in an outbreak of violence in the Libyan city of Benghazi, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton took the lead in trying to distance the U.S. government from the movie, calling the film “disgusting and reprehensible” and condemning the violent response to it.

“The U.S. government had absolutely nothing to do with this video,” Clinton said at a meeting in Washington with a delegation from Morocco. “We absolutely reject its content and messages. But there is no justification — none at all — for responding to this video with violence.”

After three days in the row, Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi condemned the attack on the U.S. embassy in Cairo and said to be providing security on wards to American embassy. State department also came up with words regarding the violence ““Obviously we all want to see peaceful protest, which is not what happened outside the U.S. mission, so we’re trying to restore calm now. But I think the bigger picture is one of the United States supporting Egypt’s democratic transition and the Egyptian Government very much welcoming and working with us on the support that we have to offer.”

There is no apology by the film makers to the Muslim world, the rate of protests is increasing day by day.

As a clear evidence that Islam is spreading across different nationalities more and more around the world on a daily basis, a list of one hundred foreigners of various nationalities converted to Islam in Algeria, since the beginning of this year 2012 and especially during this holy month of Ramadan.

The Algerian Minister of Religious Affairs and Endowments Media Advisor Adda Fellahi said, “The conversion to Islam increased after the country Algeria experienced a state of stability and openness to the outside nations who discovered the nature of the Algerian society and with the increasing number of foreign workers.”

He added that the cases of those who converted to Islam from other nationalities in Algeria rose to 16 cases between years 2006 and 2007, then to 78 cases during the years 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, bringing the number of adherents of Islam since the beginning of the current year, 100 foreigners.

It was also reported that Aisha Wangari Kamenju, one of the women who converted recently to Islam and now is studying during her second year at the Faculty of Sharia in Al Azhar Univesity, had stated that the rate of women who convert to Islam in Kenya is nearly about three women per day during the holy month of Ramadan, and could increase in some days to ten women.

Aisha Kamenju who currently works at an organization that is responsible for taking care of the new Muslims said that she is trying to help new Muslims to understand Islam and to identify its rituals and pillars.

She added that she works in a group of 20 Muslim women who visit remote places in Kenya to call women out there to Islam through lectures and lessons, direct and open meetings.

She stressed that there are many challenges facing the work of Muslim women in Kenya. She summarized these challenges by saying: “we lack everything, there is no special school to train Muslim advocates, and not a school for the new Muslim women to even teach them Islam, no support is ever received by the organization to help in doing its mission.”

This shows that despite the spreading ‘’Islamophobia’’ like happening in France, Anti-Islam moves like the demonstrations in Sweden,  Anti-Islam Advocates like Robert Spencer and even lead by governments massacres like happening in Burma, Islam is still proving to be the religion chosen by many nationalities and  people across the world.
