• Arranged Marriage:

• Love Marriage:

Islam is the most effective developing religion in the world. 2.           Slaughtering should be carried out with a well-defined cutting knife or blade and things like gazelle, bones, stones are not permitted to wipe out the animal, or to slaughter it.

3.           It is very essential to cut the gullet and the windpipe of the pet with a well-defined cutting knife, if it is not cut, then the meat will not regarded as halal.

4.           if  the gullet and windpipe are cut after killing the animal (when it is dead), it would certainly not be regarded halal.

5.           The butch should slaughter the animal quickly without having causing it more soreness.

6.           The animal’s face should be in the direction of the house of Allah in Mecca at the time of slaughtering.

7.           Species of fish is not needed to be slaughtered and is regarded halal. Seafood can be used without these procedures.

8.           The cutting knife or slaughtering tools should not be dull.

9.           It is also suggested though not essential that the animal ought to be given well and should not dehydrate before the practice of slaughtering.

10.         The slaughtering should be begun with the name of Allah called Bismillah.

The social justice cabinet committee is working on the issues, and there are few things that are highlighted by the committee. We will look into these details.

The government is trying to transform the lives of their people by looking at the issues from where the problems are originating. Most of the adults that are off track should be brought back on it. There should be multiple adopted approaches to tackle multiple disadvantages, as well. Various countries that have adopted the rich art representations of Islamic world have mastered calligraphy, ceramics and pottery. While producing art, especially in crafting, people adapted the habit of drawing traditional lines with meticulous attention to detail.

These traditions have survived time, and still exist today. Islamic architecture and decorative arts are very much alive even today, and they are valued and appreciated in many parts of the Muslim world, and even in regions where Muslims are not in majority. Although Western influence has entered modern Islamic world, handmade crafts are still of utmost importance in Muslim communities. Traditional forms of art making are, even now, representative part of Islamic culture. Handmade decorations are main adornments in mosques all over the world as well as in Muslim homes.

The concept of art in Islam is very important to understand as there have been several misconceptions and wrong ideas about it. Art is appreciated and respected in Islam, and there are various Muslim artists who have gained fame and recognition all over the world. Even though there are some boundaries to what can be portrayed according to Islamic principles, Islam art is considered to be some of the most respected in the world.

PARADISE

Paradise is the eternal and final abode destined and promised to the believers. No one really knows how paradise looks, but Allah Almighty has mentioned some of its prettiest features in the Holy Qur’an. The Holy Qur’an gives glad tidings to the Muslim men and women that paradise is theirs, and it tells them the road-map to paradise. It explains that the paradise is full of bounties of Allah, and the believers will get anything, without any effort, that they desire. It will be their gift for deeds of goodness.

No pain only pleasure

In this world one finds both happiness and toil, but in paradise there will be no tinge of pain and suffering. Rewards of the Hereafter will indeed be great for those who remain patient and thankful in the life of this world.

1.Wealth:

Worldly happiness is tied to big bank balances, elegant villas, jewelry, luxury cars etc. Wealth is not in each person’s reach and deprivation of this many a times, leads towards feelings of pain. But Allah Almighty promises that if not in this world, they will get their share of wealth in Paradise. If they are hungry and starved here, but remain thankful and God fearing, they will find the ultimate treasures of wealth in paradise.  Allah Almighty says (interpretation of the verse):

“… there will be there all that the souls could desire, all that the eyes could delight in ….” (Holy Quran 43:71)

2. Disease and Death:

Here, in this world, we have to see the pain of our dear ones in the form of their sickness which sometimes becomes really hard to stand. Death is another painful reality. In paradise, there will be no concept of disease and death. As reported in Sahih Bukhari, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said about the people of paradise, that they will not face sickness, not even blowing of the nose or spitting.

People of the paradise, will be eternal. They will be out of fear of death. Upon entering paradise, an angel will announce to them their rewards of health, eternity, youth and joy.

3. Social Relationships:

In this world, sometimes we have to hear unwelcoming and disturbing comments from the people around us. But in paradise, there will be no such pain.  Everyone will listen to good and decent talk, prevailing peacefulness among the inhabitants.

“Not frivolity will they hear therein, nor any taint of ill, only the saying, “Peace! Peace.”(Holy Quran 56:25-26)

People will be having no feelings of animosity; hatred and jealousy towards each other. They will enjoy the company of those who are best in the sight of Allah in this world.

“All who obey Allah and the messenger are in the company of those on whom is the Grace of Allah, – of the prophets (who teach), the sincere (lovers of Truth), the witnesses (who testify), and the Righteous (who do good): Ah! What a beautiful fellowship.” (Holy Quran 4:69)

The people of paradise will rest therein forever as a reward from the Allah Almighty. Therefore, one must do good deeds.

Almighty Allah has created living things and non-livings both from dust. Living things include human beings, plants and animals. Non-living things include books, table, clothes, etc. Almighty Allah has created beautiful animals in this universe. In Islam, Almighty Allah has ordered the entire Muslim Ummah to take great care of animals. pets, animals and Islam have remained in contact as a means of trade and pets since ancient times.

Muslims keep animals as their pets in their homes. Pets, animals and Islam, since ancient times, are interconnected and animals are kept as pets. The animals that are kept as pets may include birds, dogs, hen, rabbits, etc. Allah has also given every animal some rights. They have the right to live in a proper place and have a proper diet. Every Muslim needs to fulfill the rights of animals and pets. Allah has ordered the Muslims to keep them in their homes as though they are their own kids and take care of them in a very nice way.

There are some restrictions regarding pets, animals and Islam. The Quran has allowed human beings to eat the meat of some animals and pets with certain conditions; animals which are halal can be eaten as food. The meat of hens, cows, goats, camels, turkey etc. are eaten all around the globe, but there is a difference in halal and haram. Muslims eats halal food and non-Muslims eat haram food. Non-Muslims eat the meat of an animal which is pork, and it is considered as haram in Islam.

As Quran states that:

“Eat of that over which the name of Allah hath been mentioned”

In Islam, some of the animals are prohibited to eat. Muslims need to eat only those animals which are halal and mentioned in Quran clearly. In Quran, there are many verses regarding pets, animals and Islam. These verses clearly state that Muslims need to enjoy animals and not abuse them. They must treat them very calmly. Allah gives a big reward to those Muslims who treat animals calmly. It is a big gift from Allah to every Muslim. Those Muslims who don’t treat animals they will get punishment from Allah. It is forbidden to beat animals unnecessarily; it is a sin to beat animals without any reason.

As in hadith, it is described that:

“Mercy towards animals is could help you to get closer to God. Allah’s Apostle narrated the following story, “An adulterous passed by a dog at a well; and the dog was holding out his tongue from thirst, which was near killing him, and the woman drew off her boot, and tied it to the end of her garment, and drew water for the dog, and gave him to drink; and she was forgiven for that act. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Kindness is a mark of faith and whoever has not kindness has no faith.”

Dogs are the sincere animal and many of the Muslims keep them as a pet in their homes. Man’s favorite animal is the dog. It is a dog by which many of the houses are secured. In Islam, to keep a dog in your homes is halal.

As Prophet (S.W.A) said:

“The creation is a God’s family; for its sustenance is from Him; therefore, the most beloved unto God is the person who do good to God’s family.

Islam is the religion of peace and love. It was the bright light of this glorious religion that illuminated the deserts of Arabia, which were darkened by ignorance. It was due to the teachings of Islam that the brutal people of Arabia changed into the most civilized nation of the world. They were changed to such an extent that even the people of west adopted their ways of spending lives. Before the arrival of Islam in Arabia, there was no such thing known human rights. Mankind was treated like animals by their fellow races. Superiority based only upon wealth, color, and creed. Servants and women in particular were given no importance and had no respect. But then the golden Principals of Islam arrived. Guided by the light of Holy Quran our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) told the people living at that time about the concept of human rights in Islam.

Islam is a religion that has been devised by the supreme creator Allah almighty his self and that is the reason it is in accordance and matches well with human nature. A lot of importance is placed on human rights in Islam. Being the only religion that focuses upon peace and brotherhood, Islam is very strict about the rights Muslims have upon each other. The rights of humans that are highly valued in Islam are the rights of property, wealth and life. It is bounded upon every Muslim to show respect towards the rights that other human have. One thing that Islam stresses in particular is that no one is superior to another on the bases of color, creed and wealth. In the eyes of Allah, only one who respects others can be respected by Allah almighty, himself.

If anyone wants to have a look at the details of human rights allotted by Islam, then the best example can be found from the life of Holy Prophet PBUH. In fact he presented a complete charter of human rights during his speech that he made in Makah at the event of Hajj. In that speech, great emphasis was laid by Prophet Muhammad PBUH upon the importance of human rights in Islam. The best example of equality among mankind that has been supported by Islam can be seen during the annual Pilgrimage of Makah where Muslims belonging to different colors, races, regions and backgrounds wear the same dress and perform Hajj.

Humans are all considered equal and no concept of superiority exists. The killing of a fellow human is strictly prohibited in Islam and is considers as a very bad act. Women are given special rights and their importance has been made prominent. Hence one can say that the human rights listed Islam are a complete package that gives every man and woman their due respect.

The glorious religion of Islam enjoys the privilege of being the ultimate guidance for mankind. Those
who realize the true meaning and potentials of this great code of life successfully pass all the hurdles
that are present not only in this world, but also in the life that starts after death. For a Muslim no one is
more important than Allah Almighty and his last messenger and Prophet Muhammad PBUH. Every true
Muslim is willing to sacrifice all that he or she has in the way of Allah almighty. Our Lord is also very kind
he loves and values the spirit of his people and whenever anyone sacrifices something dear to him for
the sake of Allah his deed is highly appreciated by the creator of this universe. This is the reason that the
concept of Martyrdom is of great value in Islam.

In true Arabic the word that is popular in relation to Martyrdom is Shahadat. A person receives Shahadat
when he sacrifices his life for the sake of Allah almighty and protection of Islam. Such a person is called
Shaheed and is highly valued and respected not only by the Muslims, but also by Allah almighty his self.
The status that is enjoyed by a person who sacrifices his life for Allah can be analyzed by the fact that
in Quran Allah almighty has forbidden to call a Shaheed dead. Allah says that those who are martyred
are alive and take their food from Allah almighty. According to this statement you can judge that people
who receive the blessing of Shahadat never die in fact they get to live a life that will never end.

For a Muslim there can be no better reward than getting Shaheed. Now let us have a look that how
can you define a Shaheed. While looking at different Hadith and Ayaat that are present in Quran one
can conclude that A person who doesn’t care for his life and loves Allah more than anything to such an
extent that when it is needed he never hesitates and sacrifices his self for the sake of religion is regarded
as a Shaheed. This is the main concept of Martyrdom in Islam that has been allotted with a lot of
respect and value. This is a designation a status that is highly appreciated by Allah almighty as he values
the courage and sacrifice of his man or woman and awards them with many precious rewards.

For getting more detail about the status of a Shaheed lets have a look at a hadith

“One who gets killed in the way of Allah, Allah will not account anything from his sins (i.e. Allah will
forgive all his sins.) (Wasaaelush Shiah, vol. 6, pg. 9, tradition 19).

At another place it has been mentioned that

“The most beloved drop of blood in front of Allah is the drop of blood in the way of Allah.” (Wasaaelush
Shiah, vol. 6, pg. 10, tradition 20).

The concept of women in Islam is made clear through the teachings of Islam, both Islamic texts and history defines the relationship encompassed by women and the Islam. Moreover, culture of Muslim world is also well defined through the teachings of Quran. In the Holy book Quran, men and women are stated equal to each other; there are no differences in their importance in any regard in Islam, 4:34, that “Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient and guard in the husband’s absence what Allah orders them to guard.”

The only way of considering men superior to women is in the form of physical strength which is the natural build up as woman are made very delicate and soft inside out. They are more elegant and subtle.  Men maintain women are said in terms of looking after the women, as in a relationship, husband and wife, not as a whole society.

^{There are two main views on the role of women in Islam according to the holy book, Quran. In both the views, Quran sheds importance on the equality of man and woman}and answerable before Almighty about their duties (i.e. belief in God and his messenger, praying, fasting, paying zakat (charity), making hajj (pilgrimage to Mecca/ Medina)) and places them “under” the care of men (i.e. men are financially responsible for their wives). Quran throws lights in this regard as: “Men are the maintainers and protectors of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women).” The Quran makes us understand that men and women are equal in creation and in the afterlife, but not identical. Surah an-Nisa’ 4:1 states that “men and women are created from a single soul” (nafs wahidah).” One person does not come before the other, one is not superior to the other, and one is not the derivative of the other. A woman is not created for the purpose of a man. Rather, they are both created for the mutual benefit of each other”.

Quran states the role of woman by focusing the importance of her rights equal to that of a man. Woman is allowed to live as her own will. Many studies show that a Muslim woman is not forced to stay inside the premises of the home but she can too move out and earn herself a livelihood. She can attain a career and may flourish and exceed. The education and upbringing of a woman has a huge impact on the generations ahead as a woman who turns mother is sole responsible for the upbringing of the children and their thoughts regarding religion and the world. Islam understood this point fourteen hundred years ago when no other society realized this.

“Women have rights that are similar to men, but men are “a degree above them.”

Bait ul maal was developed as a financial institution in the Islamic states, this financial institution used to administer the taxes. The bait ul maal was established in the era of the Islamic caliphate. It was formed as the royal reserves for sultans and caliphs; another purpose of bait ul maal was to manage personal finances and the expenditures of the government. Moreover, the bait ul maal was used to manage the distributions of zakat for the public works.

The bait ul maal was utilize to deal with the economical matters of Islamic state like revenues etc. During the reign of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) a permanent bait ul maal was not established, no reserves were kept, the revenues that were accumulated were immediately distributed. During the caliphate of Hazrat Abu Bakr bait ul maal was also not kept as there was no prominent need for the reserves to be kept. Whereas during the caliphate of Hazrat Umar the needs changed as the conquests started increasing and larger quantities of revenues were generated. Previously salaries were not paid but with the increasing men in the army and the increasing revenues, Caliph Umar started paying salaries to the fighting men.

As the revenues began to increase Hazrat Umar established a permanent bait ul maal after consulting with his companions. A central treasury was established in Madinah. Accounts department was included. Later the provincial treasuries were also set up and salaries and stipends were paid.  For the royal treasury a separate building was built that was the bait ul maal. Coins were made for the transactions.

Pension and welfare concepts were introduced as part of zakat. The taxes collected included zakat and they were given to all the needy people whether they were orphans, widows, poor, disabled or elderly.

The concept of bait ul maal was included permanently to make the Islamic state a welfare state. Reserves of food were also kept for natural disasters and famine. No money was allowed to be wasted on luxuries that were unnecessary so that the money can be used for the welfare of the people. With the permanent concept of bait ul maal, the concept of social security was introduced by Hazrat Umar when he was the Caliph. Insurance for unemployment was introduced by Caliph Umar at those times long before it appeared in the western world. Retirement pensions were introduced for the elderly people. With the permanent establishment of bait ul maal, the concepts of public ownership and public trusteeship were also introduced.

The Holy Qur’an explains the law of Qisas that is retaliation in detail however, advises that the family of the sufferer should prefer compensation that is Diyya instead of Qisas or retaliation.

The holy Quran directs paying Diyyat or blood money strictly in accordance with the law mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. The law of blood money or Diyya is same in both the unintentional as well as intentional murder. The similar concept of Diyyat or blood money was also present in the pre-Islamic era. At that time the diyya was only paid in the form of animals as well as goods instead of cash.  However, the Islam recommended minor changes in the form of diyya that is after the arrival of Islam, the blood money or diyya can only be paid in the form of cash in order to avoid any frauds.

Those looking to learn Islam would also be interested to know the amount of Diyya or Blood money.  Well, no exact amount of blood money or diya is mentioned in the holy scriptures of Islam that are the Holy Qur’an as well as the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad P.B.U.H. Similarly, the amount of Diya does not vary based on gender, freedom state of the sufferer or ethnicity of the sufferer.

The holy Qur’an leaves the matter of Diya or blood money amount to the family of the sufferer as well the customs of a particular society. The family of the sufferer can demand as much amount as they desire from the offender or the family of the offender. However, if the family of the victim or sufferer forgives the offender, in that case the offender or the family of the offender is not liable to pay any blood money or diya.

The amount of diya or blood money in case of any non-Muslim involvement would also be a matter of great interest for those looking to learn Islam. Well, there is a minor difference of opinion in the four schools of thought. According to the Shafi school of thought, the amount of diya or blood money would be about one third in case of any non-Muslim that is a Jew or Christian if he was Dhimmi. Similarly, according to the Malki school of thought the amount of blood money or diya would be about half in case of Dhimmi non-Muslim. Likewise, according to the Hanfi school of thought the amount of blood money would be the same as for Muslims. Here it is worthwhile to mention that in Yemen the amount of diya or blood money is comparatively higher in case of non Muslims Dhimmi.
