The United Kingdom is one of the most prominent countries around the Globe. Whenever we hear the word “Great Britain”, a glimpse of Clock Tower, Buckingham Palace and Tower Bridge glows across the mind. UK is crowded with historic monuments, royal palaces and top museums. In the UK, there is the house where Shakespeare was born or climb cathedral spires or expose the Tower of London’s history. Historic Places like The Palace, Pineapple Dunmore, The Ruin, Glastonbury Abbey and Lincoln Cathedral are worth your sight. Natural Wonders like The Needles, Jurassic Coast and Melham Cove are also appealing sights.  Gardens are one of the most likable places across the UK like Kew Gardens, Studley Royal and National Botanic Garden of Wales. The UK enchants glory and it is enriched with most astounding and appealing places like London’s Royal Park, Columbia Road Flower Market and Chew ton Glen Spa’s. The most attractive sights across the UK include Stonehenge, London’s Eye, Seven Sisters Cliffs, Ardnamurchan the West Coast of Scotland, Calton Hill and even more.

There’s nothing really pretty like getting up high and taking in a wonderful view. Rush to the top of Scottish mountains or look down on the vast lakes of the Lake District from its highest peaks. If that sounds a little arduous, catch a ride to the top of ‘The Shard’ and take in London. Specifically talking about Madame Tassauds Wax Museum first located in Central London, Madame Tassaud learnt the art of Wax modeling from her mother’s boss Doctor Phlipie Curtius who was a physician skilled in waxing. Tassaud started modeling in 1777 and shaped her first wax figure of Voltaire. Other famous people she modeled at that time were Jean-Jacques Rousseau and Benjamin Franklin. Now in the museum, there are a lot of models of historic personalities made by members of Tassaud’s family.

Giant Structures are a unique style of the British Architecture. Have a look at Pier Head the Three Graces of Liver Pool. The Pier Head is located at the riverside in the city center of Liverpool, England. The Three Graces refer to three buildings.

• Royal Liver Building, build between 1908 and 1911 and an architecture by Walter Aubrey Thomas. It is ranked I listed structure. It consists of two clock towers, both crowned by legendary Liver Birds. The building is the H.Q. of the Royal Liver Friendly Society.
• Cunard Building constructed between 1914 and 1916 and ranked II listed structure. It is the ex-headquarters of the Cunard Line shipping corporation.
• Port of Liverpool Building, built from 1903 to 1907 and also grade II listed. It is the former house of the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board.

See luminous Scottish lochs, rest in remarkable gardens in which the most attractive place Hyde Park ,which is one of the largest parks in Central London. Sites of attention in the park comprise Speakers’ Corner (located in the northeast area near Marble Arch), close to the previous place of the Tyburn gallows, and Rotten Row, which is the northern border of the site of the Crystal Palace. South of the Serpentine is the Diana, Princess of Wales monument, an elliptical stone ring spout opened on 6 July 2004. Another memorial in the park commemorates the victims of 7/7 rebel attacks, in the form of 52 steel pillars—one for each of the dead.

Relax on the beaches of the South Coast. Britain diverse landscape will surprise and amuse you. The legend of Jane Austen’s Bath or an indolent day spent sizing up monument at Tate Modern or the Scottish National Gallery. In my Opinion, in Britain you will discover a cultural combination that is hard to beat.

London is rapidly becoming a separate nation, as different from England as Scotland or Wales are, with indigenous British people now in a minority, in some areas a very small minority indeed, and incidentally with extremes of wealth and poverty not known since Edwardian times.

Then of course there is the decline in Christianity, down by four million, from 72 per cent to 59 per cent; the growth in indifference to religion, with non-believers almost doubling to 14.1 million; and also of Islam, rising so fast that one British resident in 20 is now a Muslim.

The Muslim population is young, and keen on large families, while the Christian population tends to be older and less likely to have children.

This is very much a work in progress, far from complete. A lot of nominal Christians are no longer bothering to pretend to a faith they have never cared much about.

Do not be surprised if, in ten years, the gap between the number of professing Christians and the number of Muslims has grown much smaller.

The secularists, who have so enthusiastically sought to drive Christianity out of British life, may realise with a gulp of apprehension that they have only created a vacancy for Islam – a faith that is not at all troubled by Richard Dawkins.

A majority of  the Western European population belongs to Christianity. Representatives of political parties use their beliefs to convince the electorate to vote. There are political parties that are being represented by the Muslim people as well.

As a religion, Islam has always been regarded as a synonym for fundamentalism and aggression. People who are influenced by the media without knowing what Islam really is, view it in this negative light. Along with Christianity, Islam is the second biggest monotheistic religion in the world and the main story of God is very similar to that of Christianity. Muslims in Western European countries are often disregarded because the majority of people have negative thoughts towards Islam. When it comes to the United Kingdom, for instance, in the 1960s, a large number of Muslims came to the U.K. and accepted offers for work. According to the Office for National Statistics, figures from 2001, most of the Islamic communities came from East Africa, South Asia, and many of them from Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia and the Balkans (especially after the 1990s).

So, the situation has been significantly changed in the last fifty years considering the mixture of nationalities and religions in Western Europe, especially in Great Britain. People, using tools of mass media and different information channels, formed strong prejudices towards Islam as a religion and the Muslim people.

As a way of convincing the people that Islam as a religion that has nothing to do with the promotion of aggressiveness and terrorism and, on the other hand, for helping the Muslim people that live in Great Britain, the Islamic Party of Britain was established in 1989. The main goal of the party was to encourage public debate about the Islamic alternative. A majority of the population was targeted to convince them to forget about prejudices and non-tolerance for the Muslim people, but the party fought for Muslims to gain confidence in political discussions, creating different policies that aimed at the promotion of positive attitudes towards sustainable development.

The main motto of the Islamic Party was to provide accurate, well-presented information about Islam to the general public. Furthermore, the main objectives of the party were to give the Muslims in Britain a voice in matters relating to the future of the British society. This party was different from the others since it confronted widely-used ideologies of capitalism and communism.

Considering the pros and cons for establishing a party related only to religion, this party didn’t seem to have high ambitions related to becoming one of the leading parties in the country. According to its activity period, this party was active until 2006. Following its record, it hadn’t been active in any of the European Parliament groups; neither had it formed an election group within Great Britain.

• 83% of Muslims are proud to be a British citizen, compared to 79% of the general public
• 77% of Muslims strongly identify with Britain while only 50% of the wider population do
• 86.4% of Muslims feel they belong in Britain, slightly more than the 85.9% of Christians
• 82% of Muslims want to live in diverse and mixed neighbourhoods compared to 63% of non-Muslim Britons
• 90% of Pakistanis feel a strong sense of belonging in Britain compared to 84% of white people

And he contrasts this with the attitudes of the non-Muslim majority towards their Muslim fellow citizens:

• 47% of Britons see Muslims as a threat
• Only 28% of Britons believe Muslims want to integrate into British society
• 52% of Britons believe that Muslims create problems
• 45% of Britons admit that they think there are too many Muslims in Britain
• 55% of Britons would be concerned if a mosque was built in their area
• 58% of Britons associate Islam with extremism
